รายละเอียดการจ้าง
สำนักงานเกษตรจังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู มีความประสงค์จ้างเหมาบริการเพื่อจัดงาน “มหกรรมงานแสดงสินค้าเกษตรปลอดภัยและของดีเมืองลุ่มภู” ขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 10 – 16 พฤษภาคม 2569 ณ บริเวณสนามกีฬากลางจังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมและเพิ่มขีดความสามารถด้านการตลาดให้กับเกษตรกรและผู้ประกอบการสินค้าเกษตรปลอดภัย/อินทรีย์ ตลอดจนประชาสัมพันธ์สินค้าให้เป็นที่รู้จักแพร่หลาย
ขอบเขตงานหลักที่ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการ ประกอบด้วย: (1) งานโครงสร้างและประดับตกแต่ง อาทิ การติดตั้งโดมขนาดใหญ่ บูธแสดงสินค้าจำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 60 ร้าน พร้อมระบบไฟฟ้าแสงสว่าง และการจัดหาโต๊ะ-เก้าอี้ (2) การประชาสัมพันธ์งานผ่านแบนเนอร์และสื่อโซเชียลมีเดีย (3) การจัดพิธีเปิดงานและกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย รวมถึงการจัดหาศิลปินและกิจกรรมช้อปครบมีรางวัล (4) การจัดการแข่งขันและประกวดทางการเกษตร (5) การบริหารจัดการงานด้านสาธารณูปโภคและความสะอาดตลอดระยะเวลา และ (6) การจัดทำเอกสารสรุปผลการจัดงานพร้อมภาพนิ่งและภาพเคลื่อนไหว
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดที่เกิดขึ้น รวมถึงภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม ค่าขนส่ง และค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ ทั้งปวง ภายใต้งบประมาณจัดงานทั้งสิ้น 600,000 บาท
The Nong Bua Lam Phu Provincial Agriculture Office intends to hire a contractor to organize the “Safe Agricultural and Local Products Festival of Loom Phu City” from May 10-16, 2029, at the Nong Bua Lam Phu Provincial Stadium. The objectives are to promote and enhance the marketing capabilities of farmers and entrepreneurs dealing with safe/organic agricultural products, as well as to publicize these products.
The primary scope of work for the contractor includes: (1) Structure and decoration work, such as installing a large dome, no less than 60 product exhibition/sales booths with lighting and electrical systems, and providing tables and chairs. (2) Public relations through banners and social media channels. (3) Organizing the opening ceremony and sales promotion activities, including hiring performers and running “spend-and-win” campaigns. (4) Managing agricultural competitions and contests. (5) Overall event management, including utilities and daily cleaning throughout the event period. (6) Compiling a post-event summary report with still images and video clips.
The contractor is responsible for all associated costs, including VAT, transportation, and other expenses, within the total event budget of 600,000 Baht.
