กรมการพัฒนาชุมชนประกาศประกวดราคาจ้างโครงการบํารุงรักษาเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายและอุปกรณ์จัดเก็บข้อมูล โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อดูแลระบบ IT หลักที่ศูนย์ควบคุมระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ให้มีประสิทธิภาพและต่อเนื่อง สนับสนุนภารกิจหลักของกรม โครงการนี้เน้นการบํารุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันและการให้บริการเชิงแก้ไข (Preventive and Corrective Maintenance) สําหรับทรัพยากรเซิร์ฟเวอร์และอุปกรณ์จัดเก็บข้อมูลที่มีอยู่เดิม
ขอบเขตงานสําคัญประกอบด้วย การศึกษาและจัดทําแผนผังโครงสร้างระบบเครือข่าย (Network Diagram) การจัดทําทะเบียนข้อมูลอุปกรณ์และป้ายกํากับ (Asset Inventory & Labeling) การจัดทําแผนการดําเนินงานและแผนบริหารความเสี่ยง รวมถึงการให้บริการดูแล ตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพ (CPU, RAM) ซ่อมแซมหรือเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์ที่มีปัญหา และจัดทํารายงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง
ผู้รับจ้างต้องดําเนินงานตามแผนที่กรมให้ความเห็นชอบ โดยมีระยะเวลาดําเนินงานทั้งโครงการไม่เกิน 365 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา การเสนอราคาจะดําเนินการผ่านระบบ e-bidding โดยใช้เกณฑ์การพิจารณาราคาประกอบเกณฑ์อื่น (ราคา 40% และข้อเสนอด้านเทคนิค 60%)
The Department of Community Development is inviting bids for the “Server and Data Storage Equipment Maintenance Project.” The objective is to ensure the efficiency and continuity of the core IT systems, specifically the servers and storage devices located at the Server and Control Room, to support the department’s digital services and mission.
The scope of work includes surveying and creating an inventory of existing equipment, developing network diagrams, creating maintenance and risk management plans, and performing both preventive and corrective maintenance services. The contractor is responsible for monitoring performance, repairing or replacing faulty components, and providing regular reports.
The project duration is a maximum of 365 days from the contract signing date. Bids must be submitted via the e-GP system (e-bidding), and the evaluation criteria combine price (40%) and technical proposal (60%).
