โครงการจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์สายแพทย์ (กายภาพเพื่อการรักษา) ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2568 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสนับสนุนภารกิจในการให้บริการทางการแพทย์แก่ข้าราชการ ครอบครัว และประชาชนทั่วไปของหน่วยสายแพทย์ บก.ทท. โดยจะทำการจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์จำนวน 4 รายการ ตามรายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะที่กำหนดไว้ในขอบเขตงาน ผู้ประสงค์จะเสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด และยื่นข้อเสนอประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยจะพิจารณาผู้ชนะจากราคารวมที่ไม่เกินราคากลาง ระยะเวลาการส่งมอบพัสดุคือภายใน 60 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา หากมีการส่งมอบล่าช้า จะมีค่าปรับร้อยละ 0.20 ต่อวันของราคาสิ่งของที่ยังไม่ได้รับมอบ นอกจากนี้ ผู้ขายจะต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของครุภัณฑ์ตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด และทำการแก้ไขซ่อมแซมภายใน 7 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับแจ้งความชำรุดบกพร่อง
The project aims to procure medical equipment (physical therapy) for the fiscal year 2025 to support medical services for government officials, their families, and the general public. Four items of equipment will be purchased according to the specifications outlined in the TOR. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications and submit bids via electronic bidding (e-bidding). The winning bidder will be selected based on the total price, which must not exceed the government’s median price. The delivery period is within 60 days from the date of signing the contract. Late deliveries will incur a fine of 0.20% per day of the undelivered goods. The seller must also guarantee defects for the specified period and repair them within 7 days of being notified.
