รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้เป็นการก่อสร้างเคเบิลใต้ดินระบบ 115 เควี ของการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค (กฟภ.) ในพื้นที่ กฟส. รังสิต โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเพิ่มความมั่นคงและประสิทธิภาพของระบบไฟฟ้าในบริเวณดังกล่าว โครงการครอบคลุมการดำเนินงานในช่วงลอดทางหลวงหมายเลข 1 (ถนนพหลโยธิน) ที่ กม.29+280 บริเวณซอยพหลโยธิน 87 ซึ่งเป็นทางเข้าเมืองเอก ในจังหวัดปทุมธานี
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย:
- การติดตั้งท่อร้อยสายไฟฟ้าใต้ดินประเภท HDPE ขนาดต่างๆ (75 มม. และ 160 มม.)
- การติดตั้งสายเคเบิลใต้ดินขนาดต่างๆ (185 ตร.มม., 500 ตร.มม., และ 800 ตร.มม.)
- การเจาะดึงท่อ HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) ลอดถนน โดยมีความลึกสูงสุดไม่เกิน 4 เมตร
- การติดตั้งโครงเหล็กกันสำหรับท่อร้อยสายขึ้นเสาระบบ 115 เควี
- การทำเครื่องหมาย (MARK) เฟสและวงจรของสายเคเบิลใต้ดินที่ตำแหน่ง RISER POLE
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตามแบบและรายละเอียดที่ กฟภ. กำหนด รวมถึงการจัดทำรายละเอียดการก่อสร้างเคเบิลใต้ดินให้ กฟภ. พิจารณาก่อนเริ่มงาน นอกจากนี้ ต้องตรวจสอบและทำความสะอาดท่อร้อยสายให้ปราศจากสิ่งอุดตันหลังการก่อสร้าง และปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัยและมาตรฐานการติดตั้งของการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคอย่างเคร่งครัด
This project involves the construction of a 115 kV underground cable system for the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) in Rangsit area. The main objective is to enhance the stability and efficiency of the power system in the specified location. The project covers the section under Highway No. 1 (Phahonyothin Road) at km 29+280, near Soi Phahonyothin 87, the entrance to Muang Ek, Pathum Thani Province.
The scope of work includes:
- Installation of various sizes of HDPE underground electrical conduits (75 mm and 160 mm).
- Installation of various sizes of underground cables (185 sq.mm, 500 sq.mm, and 800 sq.mm).
- HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) for pipe jacking under the road, with a maximum depth of 4 meters.
- Installation of steel structures for conduit risers on the 115 kV pole system.
- Marking the phase and circuit of the underground cable at the RISER POLE position.
The contractor must follow the drawings and specifications set by PEA, including submitting detailed construction plans for PEA’s review before starting work. Additionally, the contractor must inspect and clean the conduits to ensure they are free of obstructions after construction and strictly adhere to PEA’s safety regulations and installation standards.
