โครงการจัดซื้อเครื่องวิเคราะห์รหัสพันธุกรรมชนิด Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) พร้อมอุปกรณ์ จำนวน 1 ชุด สำหรับกองสารพันธุกรรม สถาบันนิติวิทยาศาสตร์นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการตรวจพิสูจน์สารพันธุกรรม โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในกรณีที่มีความซับซ้อนสูง เช่น ความสัมพันธ์ทางสายโลหิตที่มากกว่า 3 ชั่วคน หรือวัตถุพยานที่เสื่อมสภาพ เครื่อง NGS นี้จะช่วยให้สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางพันธุกรรมได้หลากหลายรูปแบบ รวมถึง SNPs, mtDNA, mRNA, epigenetic marker และการตรวจพันธุศาสตร์เครือญาติ (Genetic Genealogy) ซึ่งมีความสำคัญต่อการไขคดี Cold case ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมถึงการจัดหาเครื่อง NGS ที่มีคุณสมบัติตรงตามข้อกำหนด, การติดตั้ง, การเชื่อมต่อกับระบบ IT ของสถาบันฯ, การทดสอบ Validation, การฝึกอบรมเจ้าหน้าที่, และการรับประกันสินค้า ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด และเครื่อง NGS จะต้องได้รับการรับรองจาก National DNA Index System (NDIS) และสามารถใช้งานกับชุดน้ำยาที่หลากหลายได้

This project involves the procurement of one Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) system and accessories for the Genetic Material Division, Central Institute of Forensic Science. The main objective is to enhance the efficiency of genetic material analysis, especially in complex cases such as kinship relationships beyond three generations or degraded evidence. The NGS system will enable various types of genetic data analysis, including SNPs, mtDNA, mRNA, epigenetic markers, and Genetic Genealogy, which are crucial for solving cold cases. The scope of work includes the supply of an NGS system meeting the specified requirements, installation, connection to the Institute’s IT system, validation testing, staff training, and a product warranty. Bidders must meet the legal requirements, and the NGS system must be certified by the National DNA Index System (NDIS) and be compatible with various reagent kits.
