โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงถนนลูกรังในหมู่ที่ 5 บ้านภูเตย ตำบลชะแล อำเภอทองผาภูมิ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี โดยจะทำการปรับปรุงเกรดบดอัดถนนลูกรังชั้นรองพื้นทาง ขนาดกว้าง 4 เมตร ยาว 1,200 เมตร หนา 0.15 เมตร หรือพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 4,800 ตารางเมตร พร้อมวางท่อ ค.ส.ล. Ø 0.80 เมตร จำนวน 2 จุด ตามแบบที่ อบต. กำหนด และติดตั้งป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการ การปรับปรุงถนนนี้จะช่วยเพิ่มความสะดวกและความปลอดภัยในการสัญจรของประชาชนในพื้นที่ ทำให้การขนส่งสินค้าทางการเกษตรและอื่นๆ เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น โครงการนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของตำบลชะแล เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในท้องถิ่น การดำเนินงานจะต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและข้อกำหนดของ อบต. ชะแล เพื่อให้มั่นใจได้ว่าถนนที่ปรับปรุงแล้วมีความแข็งแรง ทนทาน และใช้งานได้ยาวนาน การติดตั้งท่อ ค.ส.ล. จะช่วยในการระบายน้ำ ป้องกันปัญหาน้ำท่วมขังในช่วงฤดูฝน

This project aims to improve the dirt road in Moo 5, Ban Phu Toei, Chalae Subdistrict, Thong Pha Phum District, Kanchanaburi Province. The project involves grading and compacting the sub-base layer of the dirt road, with a width of 4 meters, a length of 1,200 meters, and a thickness of 0.15 meters, or an area of no less than 4,800 square meters. It also includes the installation of 2 reinforced concrete pipes with a diameter of 0.80 meters, according to the design specified by the Subdistrict Administrative Organization (SAO), and the installation of a project information sign. This road improvement will increase the convenience and safety of transportation for the local people, making the transportation of agricultural products and other goods more efficient. This project is part of the infrastructure development of Chalae Subdistrict to improve the quality of life for the local people. The operation must comply with the standards and requirements of the Chalae SAO to ensure that the improved road is strong, durable, and long-lasting. The installation of reinforced concrete pipes will help in drainage and prevent flooding during the rainy season.
