This project involves the renovation of the exterior structure of the Ministry of Commerce building, specifically on the 3rd floor of Phase 1. The main objective is to repair the damaged existing granite wall cladding and enhance the building’s structural integrity and safety, preventing potential accidents for visitors and staff. The main scope of work includes demolition of existing materials (granite, aluminum ceiling), installation of new materials (aluminum composite panels, aluminum ceiling), surface treatment (sand wash, painting), and installation of LED High Bay lighting. The contractor must prepare work plans, provide materials, labor, and strictly follow the design specifications. This includes waste management, site cleaning, and the creation of As-built Drawings. The project emphasizes the use of domestically produced materials and steel according to specified proportions. The contractor must have the required experience and qualifications to complete the work within 210 days and provide a 2-year warranty for defects.
