• เพื่อจัดหาเครื่องมือสำหรับงานฮอทไลน์ (Hotline) ที่มีมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยสูง
• เพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานซ่อมบำรุงระบบจำหน่ายไฟฟ้าแรงสูง (22 kV และ 33 kV)
• เพื่อให้ได้อุปกรณ์ที่มีคุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคตรงตามมาตรฐานของ PEA

• จัดหาและส่งมอบชุดเครื่องมือ Hotline wire grip สำหรับตัวนำเปลือยขนาดต่างๆ
• จัดหาและส่งมอบรอกโยก (Hoist ratchet type) พร้อมสายรัดไนลอน
• จัดหาและส่งมอบชุดแคลมป์จัมเปอร์หุ้มฉนวนและอุปกรณ์ประกอบ
• ตรวจสอบคุณภาพอุปกรณ์ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน PEA (RHOT-082/2560, R-124/2542, R-179/2547, R-250/2536)

• Eligibility Requirements: ต้องเป็นผู้ผลิตหรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่มีความสามารถในการจัดหาอุปกรณ์ตามมาตรฐาน PEA
• Standards Compliance: อุปกรณ์ต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน PEA Specification (RHOT-082/2560, R-124/2542, R-179/2547, R-250/2536)

พิจารณาจากคุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคที่ต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน PEA และราคาที่เหมาะสม

• Hotline wire grip: ต้องมีระบบล็อคอัตโนมัติ (Automatically close wire guard latch) และรองรับน้ำหนักปลอดภัย (Safe load) ตามที่กำหนด (2,000 - 3,500 kg)
• Hoist ratchet: ด้ามจับไฟเบอร์กลาส, สายรัดไนลอน, รับน้ำหนักได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 750/1,500 kg
• Insulated Jumper Clamp: รองรับแรงดัน 25 kV, กระแส 400 A, ด้ามจับยาวไม่น้อยกว่า 190 มม.
