กรมวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ โดยศูนย์ปฏิบัติการตรวจคัดกรองสุขภาพทารกแรกเกิดแห่งชาติ (ศปก.) มีความประสงค์จะจ้างบํารุงรักษาระบบสารสนเทศ Newborn Connect (N-Connect) และเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายกับอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อรองรับกระบวนการตรวจคัดกรองทารกแรกเกิดแบบครบวงจร ตั้งแต่การลงข้อมูล การวิเคราะห์ผล การรายงานผล ไปจนถึงการบริหารจัดการคลังตัวอย่าง สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง มีประสิทธิภาพ และมีความมั่นคงปลอดภัยตามมาตรฐาน ISO 27001:2022 โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมการแก้ไขปัญหาเร่งด่วนของระบบสารสนเทศ การบํารุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายและอุปกรณ์เครือข่าย เช่น Firewall, Log File Server, NAS รวมถึงการต่ออายุการรับประกันและลิขสิทธิ์ การสํารองและกู้คืนข้อมูล การบริหารจัดการเว็บไซต์ และการปรับปรุงระบบให้รองรับการส่งตรวจวิเคราะห์ข้ามหน่วยบริการ ระยะเวลาสัญญาจ้าง 240 วัน
The Department of Medical Sciences, through the National Newborn Screening Operation Center (NBSOC), intends to procure maintenance services for the Newborn Connect (N-Connect) information system, including associated servers and network equipment. The objective is to ensure the continuous, efficient, and secure operation of the system, which supports the comprehensive newborn screening process from data entry and analysis to reporting and sample management, in compliance with ISO 27001:2022 standards. The scope includes addressing urgent system issues, proactive maintenance of servers and network devices (Firewall, Log File Server, NAS), renewal of warranties and licenses, data backup and recovery, website management, and system enhancements to support cross-service screening analysis. The contract duration is 240 days.
