ประกวดราคาจ้างพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดทำงบประมาณ จัดทำแผนปฏิบัติราชการประจำปี และติดตามประเมินผลการดำเนินงานของกรมส่งเสริมการปกครองท้องถิ่น จำนวน ๑ ระบบ

ตามร่างขอบเขตงาน (TOR) นี้ กรมส่งเสริมการปกครองท้องถิ่นมีความประสงค์จ้างพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดทำงบประมาณ จัดทำแผนปฏิบัติราชการประจำปี และติดตามประเมินผลการดำเนินงาน จำนวน 1 ระบบ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการให้ทันสมัย ลดข้อผิดพลาดจากระบบเอกสาร โดยระบบจะรองรับการทำงานของหน่วยงานทั้งส่วนกลางและส่วนภูมิภาค ไม่น้อยกว่า 9,000 Users
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วย:
