การยาสูบแห่งประเทศไทย (ยสท.) มีความประสงค์จะจ้างเหมาบำรุงรักษาสายสัญญาณและอุปกรณ์ระบบเครือข่าย (Network) ณ ยสท. อยุธยา เป็นระยะเวลา 12 เดือน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2569 ถึง 30 กันยายน 2570 วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือเพื่อให้ระบบเครือข่ายและอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ไม่หยุดชะงัก มีการบำรุงรักษาให้อุปกรณ์ทันสมัยและมีประสิทธิภาพ พร้อมทั้งรายงานผลการดำเนินงานทุกเดือน โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมการบำรุงรักษาระบบเครือข่ายแบบมีสายและไร้สาย, ระบบบริหารจัดการเครือข่าย (Network Management), ระบบบริหารจัดการนโยบายเครือข่าย (Enforcement Policy Network), ตู้ Rack พร้อมระบบไฟฟ้า, สายสัญญาณตีเกลียว, สายสัญญาณไฟเบอร์ออฟติก, เครื่องสำรองไฟฟ้า, อุปกรณ์จัดเก็บข้อมูล (NAS), ระบบโปรแกรมสำรองข้อมูล, ระบบ Active Directory และการเพิ่ม License OTP สำหรับการตรวจสอบสิทธิ์การใช้งาน VPN ผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมประมูลจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด และยื่นข้อเสนอผ่านระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) โดยจะพิจารณาจากราคาเป็นเกณฑ์หลัก
The Tobacco Authority of Thailand (TOAT) wishes to contract for the maintenance of network cables and equipment at the Ayutthaya facility for a period of 12 months, from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027. The primary objective is to ensure the continuous and uninterrupted operation of the network system and all associated equipment, maintaining their modernity and efficiency, with monthly performance reports. This project encompasses the maintenance of wired and wireless networks, Network Management systems, Enforcement Policy Network systems, Racks with power systems, twisted pair cables, fiber optic cables, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), Network Attached Storage (NAS), data backup software systems, Active Directory, and the addition of OTP Licenses for VPN access authentication. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications and submit their proposals through the Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) system, with evaluation based primarily on price.
