รายละเอียดการจ้าง
ตามที่รัฐบาลไทยมีนโยบาย Thailand 4.0 และ Industry 4.0 ที่มุ่งเน้นการเปลี่ยนผ่านภาคอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตจากการใช้แรงงาน (Labor intensive) ไปสู่ระบบอัตโนมัติ (Automation) และโรงงานอัจฉริยะ สำนักงานนวัตกรรมแห่งชาติ (สนช.) จึงได้ริเริ่มโครงการจ้างเหมาจัดหลักสูตร Lean AI Automation System Integrators (LASI) ประจำปี 2569 ขึ้น โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะ ความรู้ ความสามารถของผู้ประกอบการในภาคอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตและเทคโนโลยีเกี่ยวเนื่อง ผ่านการจัดกิจกรรมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ โดยผู้รับจ้างมีขอบเขตงานที่ชัดเจนและครอบคลุมทุกขั้นตอน ตั้งแต่การวางแผนและออกแบบเนื้อหาหลักสูตรที่เน้นการเรียนรู้ Lean Automation ผสานกับเทคโนโลยี AI ในรูปแบบ On the Job Training: OJT การประชาสัมพันธ์ การแสวงหาและคัดเลือกบุคลากรจากภาคเอกชนจำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 15 คน การจัดหาวิทยากรที่มีประสบการณ์ไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี จำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 6 ท่าน และดำเนินการจัดอบรมเป็นระยะเวลารวมไม่น้อยกว่า 10 วัน โดยครอบคลุมหัวข้อสำคัญ เช่น Manufacturing System, Lean Manufacturing, System Design, TPM, การประเมินความคุ้มค่าโครงการ รวมถึงการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล หรือ AI อีกด้วย นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจำงยังต้องจัดกิจกรรมแสดงผลงานโครงการนวัตกรรมและมอบวุฒิบัตรรวมถึงจัดทำฐานข้อมูลผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมและวิทยากร โครงการนี้แบ่งการจ่ายเงินออกเป็น 2 งวด ได้แก่ ร้อยละ 30 เมื่อส่งรายงานเบื้องต้น (Inception Report) ภายใน 30 วัน และร้อยละ 70 เมื่อส่งรายงานฉบับสมบูรณ์ (Final Report) ภายใน 90 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยวงเงินงบประมาณทั้งโครงการอยู่ที่ 700,000 บาท
In alignment with Thailand 4.0 and Industry 4.0 policies, which aim to transition the manufacturing sector from labor-intensive to automated processes and smart factories, the National Innovation Agency (NIA) has initiated this project. The project is to hire a contractor to organize the “Lean AI Automation System Integrators (LASI)” training course for the fiscal year 2026. The primary objective is to develop the skills and knowledge of entrepreneurs in the manufacturing and related technology sectors through a comprehensive training workshop.
The contractor is responsible for a full scope of work, including: designing a curriculum that merges Lean Automation principles with AI technology, utilizing On-the-Job Training (OJT) methodology; publicizing the program and recruiting at least 15 participants from the private sector; procuring at least 6 expert trainers with a minimum of 3 years of experience; and conducting a 10-day theoretical and practical training workshop covering topics like Manufacturing Systems, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and AI applications in industry. Furthermore, the contractor must organize a final event for project presentations and award certificates, and maintain a database for all participants and trainers.
The total budget for this project is 700,000 Baht. The contract period is 90 days from the date of signing, with payment divided into two installments: the first (30%) upon delivery of an approved Inception Report, and the final (70%) upon delivery of an approved Final Report.
