โครงการติดตั้งระบบกล้องวงจรปิด (CCTV) พร้อมระบบจัดการภาพและอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายสำหรับศูนย์ควบคุมการจราจร (Traffic Control Center) จังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ซึ่งเป็นโครงการภายใต้การจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐผ่านระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการควบคุมการจราจร ป้องกันเหตุการณ์ฉุกเฉิน และสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานในศูนย์ควบคุม โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมการติดตั้งกล้องวงจรปิดแบบภายนอกและภายในอาคาร จำนวน 15 จุด พร้อมระบบจัดการภาพ (Milestone) ระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูล (Storage) ระบบเครือข่าย (Network) ระบบสำรองไฟ (UPS) และอุปกรณ์เสริมต่าง ๆ เช่น ตัวขยายสัญญาณ (Switch), ตัวจัดการสัญญาณ (Encoder), ตัวควบคุมการเข้าถึง (Access Control), ระบบแจ้งเตือน (Alarm System) และอุปกรณ์จัดเก็บข้อมูล (NAS) ที่รองรับการจัดเก็บข้อมูลภาพวิดีโอได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 50 TB ต่อเดือน พร้อมระบบสำรองข้อมูลแบบอัตโนมัติ (Backup) ทุกวัน โครงการนี้ยังรวมถึงการให้บริการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance: PM) ทุก 6 เดือน และการให้บริการซ่อมแซมฉุกเฉิน (Corrective Maintenance: CM) ตลอดอายุสัญญา รวมระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 2 ปี โดยมีการประเมินผลการดำเนินงานทุก 6 เดือน พร้อมรายงานผลการบำรุงรักษาอย่างต่อเนื่อง โครงการนี้มีความสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาระบบความปลอดภัยสาธารณะและการบริหารจัดการจราจรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพในพื้นที่เมืองใหญ่
This project involves the installation of a comprehensive CCTV system, including network equipment, image management, and data storage for the Traffic Control Center in Bangkok. The project aims to enhance traffic control efficiency, prevent emergencies, and support decision-making by traffic control personnel. It includes the installation of 15 outdoor and indoor CCTV cameras, a real-time image management system (Milestone), data storage (Storage), network infrastructure (Network), UPS systems, signal extenders (Switch), encoders, access control systems, alarm systems, and NAS devices capable of storing at least 50 TB of video data per month with automatic backup daily. The project also includes preventive maintenance (PM) every 6 months and corrective maintenance (CM) throughout the contract period, with a total duration of 2 years. Performance evaluations are conducted every 6 months, and maintenance reports are provided continuously. This project is crucial for improving public safety and traffic management efficiency in a major urban area.
