โครงการพัฒนาระบบศูนย์กลางแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์สุขภาพ หรือ FDA Data Exchange Platform เป็นการดำเนินงานของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา เพื่อพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มส่วนกลางสำหรับการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์สุขภาพแบบครบวงจร โครงการนี้เกิดจากความจำเป็นในการยกระดับจากระบบเดิมที่มีข้อจำกัดและเทคโนโลยีล้าสมัยให้เป็นไปตามกรอบรัฐบาลดิจิทัล (Government Data Exchange)
เป้าหมายของโครงการกรอบทางด้านวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) พัฒนาระบบศูนย์กลางแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์สุขภาพให้มีขอบเขตเดียวสมบูรณ์ ซึ่งผลลัพธ์ที่จะได้ คือ เจ้าหน้าที่ของ อย. สามารถเชื่อมโยงซึ่งสามารถสร้างและเปิดบริการข้อมูลด้วย No-Code API Generator และบริการในรูปแบบกลับด้วย API บน REST Format (RESTful API) แบบ JSON
