การจ้างจัดทำระบบการจัดสอบออนไลน์ตามแนว PISA

โครงการนี้เกิดขึ้นตามนโยบายของคณะกรรมการ PISA และพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาแห่งชาติ ที่ต้องการส่งเสริมการคิดวิเคราะห์ตามแนว PISA ผ่านระบบข้อสอบออนไลน์ ซึ่งที่ประชุมคณะทำงานขับเคลื่อนยกระดับผล PISA ได้เสนอให้มีการจัดสอบระดับชาติ (Nation PISA Test) ที่ได้มาตรฐานเดียวกัน เพื่อวัดผลการดำเนินงานอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมต่อเนื่องจากปีงบประมาณ 2567 ระบบที่จัดทำจะใช้เป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญให้ สสวท. เพื่อประเมินนักเรียน ให้ข้อเสนอแนะ และนำผลไปใช้เป็นแนวทางพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนรู้ในระยะยาว โดยครอบคลุมเนื้อหาประกอบด้วยกิจกรรมต่างๆคือ จัดทำแผนดำเนินงานภายใน 15 วัน,ศึกษา TOR,พัฒนาฟังก์ชันเว็บซ็อป, ระบบ Manage User(S Student, สทำขอ Step Test Solution Strategy) Sys Developer Manuals; Trainer app to be Test Mobile compliant systems Final packages Complete Bundle Suite Form Contractor Deliver Description Software technical skill computer platform detail Provide project Admin system Provider , with Course and Install Help Section create documentation
