สำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกำแพงเพชร เปิดโครงการจ้างบำรุงรักษาระบบเครือข่ายและการสื่อสารเพื่อสนับสนุนการจัดการเรียนการสอนระบบดิจิทัล ด้วยวงเงินงบประมาณ 1,869,000 บาท สำหรับปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้บริการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายและระบบสนับสนุนของมหาวิทยาลัยให้มีความพร้อมใช้งานสูงสุด
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วย 5 ส่วนสำคัญ: (1) บำรุงรักษาเครื่องสำรองไฟฟ้า (UPS) ขนาด 40KVA ยี่ห้อ APC พร้อมบริการตรวจสอบสภาพทางเทคนิคอย่างละเอียดและรับประกันอุปกรณ์ 1 ปี (2) บำรุงรักษาระบบทำความเย็นและควบคุมความชื้น (Precision Air System) ขนาด 30KW ยี่ห้อ APC by Schneider Electric โดยมีการตรวจสอบทุก 6 เดือน และรับประกันอุปกรณ์ 12 เดือน พร้อมเงื่อนไขตอบสนองปัญหาภายใน 4 ชั่วโมง (3) บำรุงรักษาและปรับปรุงอุปกรณ์รักษาความปลอดภัยเครือข่าย (Firewall) ของมหาวิทยาลัยส่วนกลาง เป็นเวลา 1 ปี รวมถึงการอัปเดตซอฟต์แวร์ Signature และ Policy (4) บำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ Firewall ที่ศูนย์แม่สอดในลักษณะเดียวกัน (5) บำรุงรักษาระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูลจราจรเครือข่าย (Log Management) เพื่อเก็บรวมรวมและวิเคราะห์ Log จากอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายต่างๆ ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยและกฎหมายคอมพิวเตอร์
ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติทางกฎหมายและทางการเงินตามที่กำหนด พร้อมยื่นเอกสารรับรองการสนับสนุนทางเทคนิคจากบริษัทผู้ผลิตหรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายอย่างเป็นทางการในประเทศไทยสำหรับทุกรายการอุปกรณ์ ระยะเวลาส่งมอบงานคือภายใน 90 วันนับจากวันลงนามสัญญา
The Office of Educational Services and Information Technology, Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University, is inviting bids for a maintenance service contract for the network and communication systems supporting digital learning management. The project budget is 1,869,000 THB for the fiscal year 2029.
The core objective is to ensure the high availability and readiness of the university’s network infrastructure. The comprehensive scope of work includes: (1) Maintenance of a 40KVA APC brand UPS with detailed technical inspection and a 1-year warranty. (2) Maintenance of a 30KW APC by Schneider Electric Precision Air Conditioning system, with bi-annual inspections, a 12-month warranty, and a 4-hour response time for issues. (3) Maintenance, updating, and support for the central campus network security firewall for 1 year, including software, signature, and policy updates. (4) Identical maintenance services for the firewall at the Mae Sot Center. (5) Maintenance of the network log management system to collect and analyze logs from various network devices in compliance with security standards and computer crime laws.
Bidders must meet all legal and financial eligibility requirements and must submit official technical support authorization letters from the manufacturers or their authorized distributors in Thailand for all equipment items. The delivery period for the services is within 90 days from the contract signing date.
