โครงการนี้มุ่งจัดจ้างพัฒนาระบบเก็บข้อมูลอัจฉริยะ (Smart Data Collection System) สำหรับโรงเรียนโยธินบูรณะ กรุงเทพมหานคร ระบบนี้ถูกออกแบบให้เป็นเครื่องมือดิจิทัลครบวงจรเพื่อสนับสนุนภารกิจหลักของโรงเรียนใน 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ระบบงานวิชาการ และระบบศูนย์อาหาร โดยมีเทคโนโลยีพื้นฐานเป็นระบบ Hybrid Cloud หรือ Cloud Computing ที่สามารถทำงานผ่านอินเทอร์เน็ตได้อย่างมีเสถียรภาพ และรองรับการเข้าถึงผ่านทั้ง Web Application และ Mobile Application
วัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการมี 4 ประการหลัก ได้แก่ 1) สร้างช่องทางการสื่อสารที่รวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพระหว่างโรงเรียนกับผู้ปกครอง 2) เพิ่มความปลอดภัยให้กับนักเรียนผ่านการตรวจสอบเวลาเข้า-ออกโรงเรียน 3) สร้างศูนย์กลางข้อมูลนักเรียนที่สามารถจัดเก็บและส่งข้อมูลได้อย่างรวดเร็วผ่านอินเทอร์เน็ตตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง และ 4) สร้างความเชื่อมั่นและภาพลักษณ์ที่ทันสมัยให้กับโรงเรียน
ระบบที่ต้องพัฒนา มีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะด้านการใช้งานที่ครอบคลุมหลากหลายโมดูล เช่น ระบบลงเวลานักเรียนแบบเรียลไทม์พร้อมแจ้งเตือนผู้ปกครอง ระบบเช็คชื่อออนไลน์ ระบบบันทึกกิจกรรมหน้าเสาธงและโฮมรูม ระบบจัดการคะแนนความประพฤติอัตโนมัติ ระบบงานทะเบียนวัดผล ระบบจัดตารางเรียน และระบบศูนย์อาหารแบบครบวงจร ซึ่งทั้งหมดต้องรองรับการแจ้งเตือนผ่าน Mobile Application หรือ SMS และมีการสำรองข้อมูลเพื่อความต่อเนื่องของบริการ
Yothinburana School in Bangkok is procuring the development of an intelligent student attendance data collection system. This comprehensive system is designed as a Hybrid Cloud or Cloud Computing solution, accessible via Web and Mobile Applications. It integrates three core functional areas: the student support system, the academic affairs system, and the canteen/food center system.
The project’s primary objectives are: 1) To enhance fast and effective communication channels between the school and parents. 2) To increase student safety through real-time check-in/check-out monitoring. 3) To establish a central data hub for swift student data storage and internet-based transmission available 24/7. 4) To build trust and a modern image for the school.
Key technical deliverables include real-time student clock-in/clock-out with instant parent notifications, online attendance checking, flag ceremony and homeroom activity logging, automated behavioral scoring management, comprehensive academic and registration modules, and an integrated canteen management system. The system must support real-time notifications via Mobile App or SMS and include data backup and recovery features.
