สถาบันข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ (องค์การมหาชน) เปิดประกวดราคาจ้างพัฒนาระบบแอปพลิเคชันเพื่อประเมินงบประมาณและทรัพยากรที่จำเป็นสำหรับโครงการที่ใช้งานโมเดลทางภาษาขนาดใหญ่ (Large Language Model - LLM) โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างเครื่องมือที่ช่วยให้หน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชนสามารถวางแผนและประมาณการต้นทุน (ทั้ง Capex และ Opex) การใช้ทรัพยากรฮาร์ดแวร์ (เช่น GPU, CPU, RAM, Storage) และสถาปัตยกรรมระบบที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการนำ LLM ไปใช้งานทั้งในรูปแบบ Self-hosted และการใช้บริการจากผู้ให้บริการ (Proprietary) ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วย: (1) การออกแบบและพัฒนา Web Application (Responsive) ที่มีฟังก์ชันประมาณการต้นทุนและแสดงสถาปัตยกรรมอ้างอิง (2) การจัดทำเอกสารประกอบระบบ เช่น แนวทางอ้างอิง (Reference Architecture), คู่มือการย้ายระบบ (Migration Manual), แผนการทดสอบ (ATP) และคู่มือการใช้งาน (3) การทดสอบระบบอย่างครอบคลุมทั้งด้านประสิทธิภาพ (Performance, Load, Stress Testing) ด้านความปลอดภัย (Security Test) และการทดสอบการใช้งานจริง (UAT) (4) การให้บริการหลังการขายและการฝึกอบรมผู้ดูแลระบบ
สิ่งส่งมอบหลักได้แก่: ระบบเว็บแอปพลิเคชันที่พร้อมใช้งาน, เอกสารประกอบระบบครบชุด, ซอร์สโค้ด (Source Code), สคริปต์ติดตั้ง (Installation Script) และรายงานผลการทดสอบต่างๆ โครงการมีกำหนดเวลาแล้วเสร็จไม่เกิน 270 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา
The Big Data Institute (Public Organization) is inviting bids for the development of a budget estimation application for projects utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs). This project aims to create a tool that enables government and private agencies to accurately plan and estimate costs (both Capex and Opex), hardware resource requirements (e.g., GPU, CPU, RAM, Storage), and suitable system architectures for deploying LLMs, whether in self-hosted environments or using proprietary services.
The main scope of work includes: (1) Designing and developing a Responsive Web Application with cost estimation and reference architecture visualization functions. (2) Preparing comprehensive system documentation such as Reference Architecture, Migration Manual, Acceptance Test Plan (ATP), and user manuals. (3) Conducting thorough system testing including performance, load, stress, security, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). (4) Providing post-sales support and administrator training.
Key deliverables are: A fully functional web application, complete system documentation, source code, installation scripts, and various test reports. The project duration must not exceed 270 days from the contract signing date.
