สถาบันนิติวิทยาศาสตร์ เปิดประมูลโครงการจ้างบริการบำรุงรักษาและสอบเทียบเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์สารพันธุกรรมระดับจีโนม ซึ่งเป็นอุปกรณ์เทคโนโลยีสูงที่มีบทบาทสำคัญในงานนิติวิทยาศาสตร์และการบังคับใช้กฎหมาย เพื่อให้มั่นใจในความแม่นยำและความเที่ยงตรงของผลการตรวจพิสูจน์อัตลักษณ์บุคคล
โครงการนี้มีขอบเขตงานหลักในการให้บริการ “บำรุงรักษาตามแผนประจำปี (Planned Maintenance)” แก่เครื่องมือสองชนิด ได้แก่ 1) เครื่องวิเคราะห์รหัสพันธุกรรม HID Ion GeneStudio S5 Prime System จำนวน 1 เครื่อง และ 2) เครื่องเตรียมตัวอย่างอัตโนมัติ ION CHEF System จำนวน 1 เครื่อง โดยจะต้องดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาครั้งละ 1 เครื่อง รวมเป็นปีละ 2 ครั้ง สำหรับแต่ละระบบ
งานบำรุงรักษามีรายละเอียดเชิงเทคนิคสูง ครอบคลุมการตรวจสอบสภาพเครื่องและระบบซอฟต์แวร์ การทำความสะอาดชิ้นส่วนสำคัญ การเปลี่ยนอะไหล่ตามรอบ (Maintenance Kit) การทดสอบและปรับเทียบฟังก์ชันการทำงานต่างๆ (เช่น Flow rate, Self Test, Calibration) การสำรองข้อมูล และการให้คำแนะนำแก่ผู้ใช้งาน นอกจากนี้ ผู้ให้บริการต้องมีระบบสนับสนุนทางเทคนิคตลอด 24 ชั่วโมงสำหรับการแจ้งปัญหาด่วน พร้อมจัดทำเอกสารประกอบงาน ได้แก่ ใบรับรองการบำรุงรักษา รายงานผลการปฏิบัติงาน และสติกเกอร์แสดงวันที่บำรุงรักษาครั้งต่อไปบนเครื่อง
The Forensic Science Institute is procuring annual maintenance and calibration services for advanced genomic analysis equipment, which are critical for forensic science and law enforcement work to ensure the accuracy and reliability of human identification results.
The core scope of work involves providing “Planned Maintenance” services for two types of equipment: 1) One HID Ion GeneStudio S5 Prime System genetic analyzer, and 2) One ION CHEF System automated sample preparation instrument. Maintenance must be performed twice a year (one service per visit) for each system.
The maintenance tasks are highly technical, encompassing inspection of hardware and software, cleaning of critical components, replacement of consumable parts (Maintenance Kit), testing and calibration of various functions (e.g., flow rate, self-test, calibration), data backup, and user guidance. The service provider must also offer 24-hour technical support for urgent issues and deliver documentation including maintenance certificates, service reports, and next-service-date stickers for the equipment.
