กรมควบคุมโรค โดยกองด่านควบคุมโรคติดต่อระหว่างประเทศและกักกันโรค มีความประสงค์จะจ้างเหมาบริการบํารุงรักษาระบบเครือข่ายและเครื่องแม่ข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ จํานวน 1 ระบบ ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยมีวงเงินประมาณการ 1,984,000 บาท
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบํารุงรักษาระบบโครงสร้างพื้นฐานสารสนเทศที่สําคัญ ซึ่งทําหน้าที่เป็นศูนย์กลางจัดเก็บและประมวลผลข้อมูลด้านการเฝ้าระวัง ป้องกัน และควบคุมโรคติดต่อระหว่างประเทศ รวมถึงข้อมูลผู้เดินทางและยานพาหนะ เพื่อปกป้องระบบจากภัยคุกคามทางไซเบอร์ และสร้างความต่อเนื่องในการให้บริการระบบสาธารณะที่สําคัญต่างๆ ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วย การบํารุงรักษาระบบความปลอดภัยของเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ (Firewall ยี่ห้อ FortiGate-40F หรือดีกว่า) เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายจํานวน 4 เครื่อง (ยี่ห้อ Lenovo รุ่น ThinkAgile VX7531) และระบบทรัพยากรพื้นฐานคลาวด์ (VMware Cloud Foundation) โดยต้องให้บริการบํารุงรักษาระดับ Premium Support แบบ On-site พร้อมอะไหล่ รวมถึงการอัปเกรดซอฟต์แวร์ การให้คําปรึกษาทางเทคนิคตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง การแก้ไขปัญหาภายใน 48 ชั่วโมง และการจัดทําคู่มือประกอบการใช้งาน
ระยะเวลาดําเนินสัญญาคือ 4 เดือน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มิถุนายน ถึง 30 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2569
The Department of Disease Control, by the Division of International Disease Control and Quarantine, intends to hire a contractor for the maintenance of the network and server computer system (1 system) through electronic bidding (e-bidding), with an estimated budget of 1,984,000 THB.
This project aims to maintain the critical IT infrastructure that serves as the central hub for storing and processing data related to the surveillance, prevention, and control of international communicable diseases, including traveler and vehicle information. The objectives are to protect the system from cyber threats and ensure the continuity of vital public services that operate 24/7.
The primary scope of work includes the maintenance of the network security system (FortiGate-40F firewall or better), four server computers (Lenovo ThinkAgile VX7531), and the cloud infrastructure foundation (VMware Cloud Foundation). The contractor must provide Premium Support level maintenance with on-site service, including spare parts, software upgrades, 24/7 technical consultation, problem resolution within 48 hours, and the preparation of user manuals.
The contract duration is 4 months, from June 1 to September 30, 2027.
