โครงการนี้เป็นโครงการของสำนักสุขภาพดิจิทัล สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข มีความประสงค์จะพัฒนาระบบ Line Official Account (“หมอพร้อม LINE OA”) อย่างเต็มรูปแบบ มูลค่างานรวมทั้งหมด 24,728,100 บาท (ยี่สิบสี่ล้านเจ็ดแสนสองหมื่นแปดพันหนึ่งร้อยบาทถ้วน) โดยใช้วิธีประกวดราคาด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ผู้รับจ้างที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกและได้รับสัญญาจะมีหน้าที่จัดหาระบบทั้งหมดที่ครบวงจร ทั้งการออกแบบระบบ พัฒนานวัตกรรมที่มี LINE API และสามารถทะลุทะลวงปัญหาหรือเชื่อมต่อไปยังผู้อื่นถึงแม้จังหวัดอื่นจะวัตถุประสงให้วัดวัด Task space cloud computing (จัดหาคุคลานที่สร้างจักรวาลอันที่ Admin Login Integrative Technology Solution HPI Web master) which includes all Technology stack able business such as Event S.
