โครงการนี้ดำเนินการโดยศูนย์ส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรมภาคที่ 1 เพื่อส่งเสริมการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่ดิจิทัล (Digital Transformation) และสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือในพื้นที่ระเบียงเศรษฐกิจพิเศษภาคเหนือ (Northern Economic Corridor: NEC - Creative LANNA) วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือการสร้างความร่วมมือข้ามอุตสาหกรรม (Cross Industry Collaboration) ระหว่างอุตสาหกรรมดิจิทัลกับอุตสาหกรรมศักยภาพในพื้นที่ เช่น อุตสาหกรรมอาหารและเกษตรแปรรูป อุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ และอุตสาหกรรมการแพทย์และสุขภาพ โดยมุ่งสร้างมุมมองหรือโมเดลธุรกิจใหม่ๆ พัฒนาเทคโนโลยีใหม่ (NewTech) และพัฒนาห่วงโซ่อุปทานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
โครงการนี้ไม่ได้เน้นการก่อสร้างทางกายภาพ แต่เป็นการให้บริการที่ปรึกษาและพัฒนา โดยอาศัยกระบวนการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อเปลี่ยนแปลงวิธีการดำเนินธุรกิจ การบริหารจัดการ และการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ โครงการจะขับเคลื่อนภายใต้แนวคิด “LANNA NEXUS” ซึ่งเป็นการผสานคุณค่าเดิมของพื้นที่กับความคิดสร้างสรรค์และเทคโนโลยีเพื่อสร้างคุณค่าใหม่ นำไปสู่การพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรม X-Tech ต่างๆ เช่น CreaTech, AgTech, HealthTech, และ MedTech เพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันในระดับสากล
This project is a sub-activity under the project to develop the linkage economy industry connecting to special economic corridors. It is executed by the Regional Industrial Promotion Center 1. The primary goal is to establish a “Digital Bridge” fostering cross-industry collaboration between the Northern digital industry and potential industries within the special economic corridor areas, such as food processing, creative industries, and healthcare. Operating under the “LANNA NEXUS” concept, the project aims to drive digital transformation, create new business models, develop new technologies (NewTech) to address industry pain points, and enhance the supply chain efficiency. The focus is on consultancy and development services to integrate digital technology into business processes, management, and product development, ultimately leading to the growth of various X-Tech sectors like CreaTech, AgTech, and HealthTech to boost international competitiveness.
