กองกิจการภาพยนตร์และวีดิทัศน์ต่างประเทศ กรมการท่องเที่ยว มีโครงการจ้างออกแบบและตกแต่งคูหานิทรรศการสำหรับงาน Cannes Film Festival 2026 ณ เมืองคานส์ สาธารณรัฐฝรั่งเศส โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเผยแพร่ประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูลสถานที่ถ่ายทำภาพยนตร์ (Shooting Location) และบริการด้านการถ่ายทำภาพยนตร์ของประเทศไทย เพื่อดึงดูดผู้สร้างและผู้ผลิตภาพยนตร์ระดับนานาชาติให้เข้ามาถ่ายทำและใช้บริการในประเทศไทย รวมทั้งเป็นพื้นที่สำหรับการเจรจาธุรกิจ (Business Matching)
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการออกแบบกราฟิกและการตกแต่งคูหาขนาด 100 ตารางเมตร ให้มีความสวยงาม น่าสนใจ สื่อถึงความเป็นไทยและศักยภาพของประเทศไทย โดยต้องผ่านการเห็นชอบจากหน่วยงานก่อนดำเนินการ รวมถึงการจัดหาและติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ตกแต่งคูหาครบชุด อาทิ เฟอร์นิเจอร์ เครื่องเสียง จอทีวี ชุดเครื่องชงกาแฟ และป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์ การประสานงานกับผู้จัดงานเทศกาล ตลอดจนการจัดส่งบุคลากรไปปฏิบัติงานที่ประเทศฝรั่งเศสเพื่อดูแลการติดตั้ง การซ่อมแซมระหว่างงาน และการรื้อถอนคืนพื้นที่หลังงานเสร็จสิ้น งานออกแบบทั้งหมดจะถือเป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของกรมการท่องเที่ยว
The Department of Tourism, through its Foreign Film and Video Affairs Division, is hiring a private company to design, decorate, and procure equipment for a 100-square-meter Thailand exhibition booth at the Cannes Film Festival 2026 in Cannes, France. The main objectives are to promote Thailand’s film shooting locations and services, attract international filmmakers to produce films in Thailand, and provide a space for business matching.
The scope of work includes the graphic design and decoration of the booth to reflect Thai identity and Thailand’s potential, subject to client approval. It also involves the full procurement and installation of booth furniture and equipment (e.g., sound systems, TV, furniture, coffee machine, promotional signage), coordination with the festival organizer, and deployment of personnel to France for setup, on-site maintenance during the event, and dismantling post-event. All design work will become the copyright property of the Department of Tourism.
