ธนาคารอิสลามแห่งประเทศไทย ประกาศประกวดราคาจ้างบริการบำรุงรักษาและบริหารจัดการระบบ Privileged Access Management (PAM) ด้วยวิธี e-bidding เป็นระยะเวลา 3 ปี (1,095 วัน) นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 6,000,000 บาท (หกล้านบาทถ้วน) และราคากลาง 6,112,500 บาท
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการสำรวจ วิเคราะห์ ออกแบบระบบตาม Best Practice และการตั้งค่าระบบ PAM โดยใช้ซอฟต์แวร์ CyberArk พร้อมจัดเตรียมสิทธิ์การใช้งานทั้งสิ้น 30 ผู้ใช้งาน (เดิม 25 + เพิ่ม 5) และรองรับการเชื่อมต่ออุปกรณ์หรือระบบอย่างน้อย 200 รายการ ระบบต้องรองรับการทำงานแบบ High Availability (HA) หรือ Disaster Recovery (DR) และรองรับ Two-Factor Authentication สำหรับ 5 User
ผู้ให้บริการต้องจัดทำแผนดำเนินงานและรายงานผลการดำเนินงาน พร้อมให้บริการบำรุงรักษาเชิงแก้ไข ปรับจูน และปรับปรุงระบบตลอด 24x7 ตามข้อกำหนดระดับการให้บริการ (SLA) ที่ระบุเวลาแก้ไขปัญหาตามระดับความรุนแรง รวมถึงให้บริการบำรุงรักษาป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) ไตรมาสละ 1 ครั้ง ตลอดระยะเวลาสัญญา 3 ปี
The Islamic Bank of Thailand is inviting bids for a 3-year (1,095 days) maintenance and management service for its Privileged Access Management (PAM) system using CyberArk software. The project has a budget of 6,000,000 THB.
The scope of work includes surveying, analyzing, designing, and configuring the PAM system based on best practices. The contractor must provide licenses for a total of 30 users (25 existing + 5 new) and support connections for at least 200 devices/systems. The system must support High Availability (HA) or Disaster Recovery (DR) architecture and Two-Factor Authentication for 5 users.
The contractor is required to submit an implementation plan and progress reports, and provide corrective, tuning, and enhancement maintenance services 24x7 according to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Quarterly preventive maintenance services must also be performed throughout the 3-year contract period.
