สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ ประกาศประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) สำหรับโครงการจ้างเหมางานพัฒนาระบบข้อมูลสารสนเทศ ใน “โครงการพัฒนาระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยอัจฉริยะร่วมกับเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์” งานนี้เป็นงานพัฒนาระบบที่บูรณาการเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์เพื่อสร้างระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยอัจฉริยะ ซึ่งมีขอบข่ายการพัฒนาระบบข้อมูลสารสนเทศแบบเต็มรูปแบบ
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่หลักในการพัฒนาระบบตามข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิคที่กำหนด โดยต้องจัดส่งผลงานเป็นงวดๆ รวม 4 งวด โดยงวดสุดท้ายต้องส่งมอบงานให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 300 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โครงการนี้ให้ความสำคัญสูงกับเกณฑ์ด้านเทคนิค โดยมีน้ำหนักในการประเมินถึง 80% โดยแบ่งเป็นด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของโครงสร้างพื้นฐานสารสนเทศสำคัญของประเทศ (15%) การทดสอบระบบ (48%) รวมถึงการบริหารจัดการและสนับสนุนทางเทคนิค (7%)
นอกจากข้อเสนอด้านเทคนิคแล้ว ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีผลงานประเภทเดียวกันกับงานที่ประกวดราคา มูลค่าไม่น้อยกว่า 8,893,700 บาท และต้องมีสถานะทางการเงินที่มั่นคงตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด โครงการนี้มีวงเงินค่าหลักประกันการเสนอราคาจำนวน 4,446,850 บาท
The Royal Thai Police Office announces an electronic bidding (e-bidding) for a contracted information system development project under the “Intelligent Security System Development Project with Artificial Intelligence Technology”. This project aims to develop a comprehensive system integrating artificial intelligence to create an intelligent security platform.
The contractor’s primary responsibility is to develop the system according to the specified technical requirements. Deliverables are to be submitted in four installments, with the final completion required within 300 days from the contract signing date. The evaluation criteria heavily emphasize technical aspects, weighting 80% of the total score. This includes criteria for national critical information infrastructure security (15%), system testing (48%), and technical management and support (7%).
In addition to the technical proposal, bidders must have completed a similar project with a value of no less than 8,893,700 THB and demonstrate solid financial standing as per the specified conditions. The bid security for this project is set at 4,446,850 THB.
