มหาวิทยาลัยนวมินทราธิราช ประกาศประกวดราคาจ้างด้วยวิธี e-bidding เพื่อจัดทำโครงการสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์และจัดนิทรรศการทางประวัติศาสตร์และวัฒนธรรม โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับมหาวิทยาลัย ส่งเสริมความเป็น City University และอนุรักษ์เผยแพร่คุณค่าของอาคารพระตำหนัก (วังสามเสน) ซึ่งเป็นสถานที่สำคัญทางประวัติศาสตร์
ขอบเขตงานแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วนหลัก ส่วนแรกคือการผลิตวีดิทัศน์คุณภาพสูง (Full HD) จำนวน 2 เรื่อง ได้แก่ วีดิทัศน์แนะนำมหาวิทยาลัยและวีดิทัศน์เกี่ยวกับพระเจ้าบรมวงศ์เธอ กรมหมื่นทิวากรวงศ์ประวัติ แต่ละเรื่องต้องผลิตเป็น 2 ภาษา (ไทยและอังกฤษ) ความยาวไม่น้อยกว่า 3 นาทีต่อเรื่อง ครอบคลุมกระบวนการตั้งแต่การออกแบบเค้าโครงเรื่อง (Story Board) การถ่ายทำ การตัดต่อ กราฟิก เสียงบรรยายและดนตรีประกอบ โดยต้องส่งมอบไฟล์ต้นฉบับทั้งหมด
ส่วนที่สองคือการออกแบบและจัดนิทรรศการภายในอาคารพระตำหนัก (วังสามเสน) โดยต้องนำเสนอการออกแบบและเนื้อหาเพื่อให้คณะกรรมการพิจารณา เนื้อหานิทรรศการจะประกอบด้วยประวัติศาสตร์ ภาพถ่าย เอกสารสำคัญ แบบจำลอง และเทคโนโลยีสื่อผสม (Interactive Media) ตามรายละเอียดบอร์ดและตู้จัดแสดงที่ระบุใน TOR
ผู้รับจ้างต้องส่งมอบงานทั้งหมดภายใน 120 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยมีงบประมาณกลาง 1,825,152.50 บาท
Navamindradhiraj University is announcing an e-bidding procurement for the production of promotional media and a historical exhibition. The project aims to raise awareness about the university as a City University and to conserve and promote the historical value of the Phra Tamnak (Wang Samsen) building, a significant national historical site.
The scope of work consists of two main parts. The first part is the production of two high-quality promotional videos: one introducing the university and the other about His Royal Highness Prince Krommaluang Thewakongwong Prahat. Each video must be produced in both Thai and English, with a minimum length of 3 minutes per version. The work includes developing storyboards, filming, editing, graphics, narration, and music.
The second part is the design and installation of a permanent exhibition inside the Phra Tamnak (Wang Samsen) building. The contractor must propose exhibition designs and content for committee approval. The exhibition content will cover history, important photographs and documents, models, and interactive media, following the detailed layout specified in the TOR.
The contractor must deliver all work within 120 days from the contract signing date. The estimated budget is 1,825,152.50 Thai Baht.
