บริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน) โดยฝ่ายสื่อสารและภาพลักษณ์องค์กร เปิดประมูลจ้างผลิตวีดิทัศน์แนะนำองค์กรประจำปี 2569 วัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสื่อสารบทบาท ภารกิจ ทิศทางธุรกิจ และการดำเนินงานของหน่วยงานต่างๆ ภายในองค์กรให้เป็นที่เข้าใจง่าย ทันสมัย และถูกต้อง อันจะนำไปสู่การเผยแพร่ข้อมูลและเสริมสร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีขององค์กร
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการผลิตวีดิทัศน์แนะนำองค์กรความยาว 5-10 นาที พร้อมกับเวอร์ชันสั้น 3-4 นาที และเวอร์ชันตัดย่อ 30 วินาที (Cutdown version) โดยต้องมีเสียงบรรยายและซับไตเติ้ลทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ คุณภาพภาพระดับ Full HD (1920x1080) งานประกอบด้วยการจัดทำบท Mood Board, Story Board, Creative Idea, Timeline แผนงานการผลิตครบทุกขั้นตอน (Pre-Production, Production, Post-Production) รวมถึงการถ่ายทำภาพเคลื่อนไหวคุณภาพสูง การตัดต่อ กราฟิก เทคนิคพิเศษ การประกอบเสียง และการจัดหาพิธีกรหรือนักแสดงมืออาชีพ (ถ้ามี)
งบประมาณสำหรับโครงการนี้คือ 3,210,000 บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม) และกำหนดระยะเวลาดำเนินงานตั้งแต่วันลงนามในสัญญาจนถึงวันที่ 31 กรกฎาคม 2569 โดยผู้รับจ้างต้องส่งมอบงานในรูปแบบไฟล์ Master Footage, ไฟล์ตัดต่อสมบูรณ์, ไฟล์เสียงบรรยายแยก, ไฟล์ภาพนิ่งและกราฟิกที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด บันทึกลงใน External Harddisk ขนาด 4TB พร้อมใบเสร็จรับเงิน ภายในวันที่กำหนด
PTT Public Company Limited, via its Corporate Communication and Image Division, is seeking a contractor to produce a corporate introduction video for the year 2026. The primary objective is to communicate the company’s roles, missions, business directions, and operations of its various units in a clear, modern, and accurate manner, aiming to disseminate information and enhance the corporate image.
The scope of work includes producing a corporate introduction video with a length of 5-10 minutes, along with shorter versions of 3-4 minutes and a 30-second cutdown version. The video must have Thai and English narration and subtitles, with Full HD (1920x1080) picture quality. The work encompasses scriptwriting, mood board, storyboard, creative idea, timeline, and a comprehensive production plan covering all stages (Pre-Production, Production, Post-Production). This includes high-quality video shooting, editing, graphics, special effects, sound mixing, and potentially sourcing professional hosts or actors.
The project budget is 3,210,000 Baht (including VAT). The project duration is from the contract signing date until July 31, 2026. The contractor must deliver the final work, including master footage, fully edited video files, separate narration audio files, and all related still images and graphics, stored on a 4TB external hard drive with a receipt, by the specified deadline.
