ขอบเขตงานหลักคือการจัดหาและบริหารลิขสิทธิ์ซอฟต์แวร์ Adobe Creative Cloud ที่ครอบคลุม 3 ประเภทหลัก ได้แก่ 1) ลิขสิทธิ์สำหรับคณะอาจารย์และบุคลากร (HED Faculty/Staff Licenses) จำนวน 200 ผู้ใช้งาน 2) ลิขสิทธิ์แบบแชร์สำหรับใช้ในห้องเรียนหรือแล็บ (Share Device Licenses HED) จำนวน 172 อุปกรณ์ และ 3) ลิขสิทธิ์สำหรับซอฟต์แวร์ Acrobat Studio สำหรับการสร้างสรรค์คอนเทนต์จาก PDF จำนวน 485 ผู้ใช้งาน ซอฟต์แวร์ที่ได้รับครอบคลุมเครื่องมือครบชุดสำหรับงานออกแบบกราฟิก (เช่น Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) สร้างเว็บ (เช่น Dreamweaver, Animate) และผลิตสื่อภาพยนตร์และเสียง (เช่น Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
ผู้ให้บริการต้องจัดส่งลิขสิทธิ์ที่สามารถใช้งานได้บนระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows 11 (64-bit) และ macOS 13 ขึ้นไป พร้อมสิทธิ์ในการอัปเกรดและอัปเดตเป็นเวอร์ชันล่าสุดตลอดอายุสัญญาโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่ม รวมถึงต้องเชื่อมต่อระบบบริหารลิขสิทธิ์เข้ากับระบบบัญชีผู้ใช้งานของมหาวิทยาลัยให้สามารถใช้งานได้ทันทีหลังส่งมอบ
Khon Kaen University, through its Digital Technology Office, is announcing an electronic bidding (e-bidding) project for hiring a service to renew the subscription license for Adobe Creative Cloud software under an Enterprise Term License Agreement (ETLA) for a period of 1 year. The estimated budget is 2,532,651.48 THB.
The core scope of work involves procuring and managing Adobe Creative Cloud licenses covering three main types: 1) 200 HED Faculty/Staff Licenses for individual users, 2) 172 Share Device Licenses HED for shared use in labs or classrooms, and 3) 485 Acrobat Studio Faculty/Staff Licenses for creating content from PDFs. The software suite includes the full range of creative tools for graphic design (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), web development (e.g., Dreamweaver, Animate), and video/audio production (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition).
The winning bidder must provide licenses compatible with Windows 11 (64-bit) and macOS 13 or later operating systems. The licenses must include rights to upgrade and update to the latest versions throughout the contract period at no additional cost. Furthermore, the supplier is required to integrate the license management system with the university’s user account system to enable immediate use upon delivery.
