การเคหะแห่งชาติมีเป้าหมายพัฒนาระบบวิเคราะห์และประมวลผลข้อมูลเพื่อยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการด้านการพัฒนาที่อยู่อาศัย โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลขั้นสูงเป็นเครื่องมือสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจ โครงการนี้มีขอบเขตงานครอบคลุม 2 ส่วนหลัก ได้แก่ 1) การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับวิเคราะห์และประเมินความเป็นไปได้ของโครงการก่อสร้างที่อยู่อาศัย ระบบจะรวบรวมและประมวลผลข้อมูลจากหลากหลายแหล่งทั้งภายใน (เช่น ระบบจองบ้าน ระบบชำระเงิน) และภายนอก (เช่น ข้อมูลประชากร เศรษฐกิจสังคม โครงสร้างพื้นฐาน ผังเมือง) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ในมิติด้านตลาด เทคนิค การเงิน และสังคม พร้อมความสามารถด้าน GIS แบบโต้ตอบสำหรับการวิเคราะห์เชิงพื้นที่ และ 2) การจัดหาและติดตั้งครุภัณฑ์ฮาร์ดแวร์ประสิทธิภาพสูง ซึ่งรวมถึงเซิร์ฟเวอร์ประมวลผลทั่วไป เซิร์ฟเวอร์ AI/ML พร้อม GPU อุปกรณ์เครือข่าย และระบบสำรองข้อมูล โครงการนี้มุ่งสร้างระบบที่ช่วยในการวางแผนโครงการ คาดการณ์ตลาด จัดสรรทรัพยากร และลดความไม่แน่นอนในการลงทุน โดยมีระยะเวลาดำเนินโครงการทั้งสิ้น 365 วันนับจากวันลงนามสัญญา
The National Housing Authority (NHA) is launching a project to develop an analysis and data processing system for housing development management. The project aims to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Advanced Data Analytics as a Decision Support System to enhance decision-making efficiency. The scope of work comprises two main components: 1) Development of an information system for analyzing and assessing the feasibility of housing construction projects. The system will integrate and process data from various internal (e.g., online booking, payment systems) and external sources (e.g., demographic, socio-economic, infrastructure, urban planning data) for multi-dimensional analysis covering market, technical, financial, and social aspects, including interactive GIS capabilities for spatial analysis. 2) Procurement and installation of high-performance hardware, including general-purpose servers, AI/ML servers with GPUs, networking equipment, and backup systems. The project seeks to build a system that aids in project planning, market forecasting, resource allocation, and reducing investment uncertainty. The total project duration is 365 days from the contract signing date.
