สำนักงานพัฒนารัฐบาลดิจิทัล (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ สพร. เปิดโครงการจ้างจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมรัฐบาลดิจิทัลในรูปแบบงานแถลงข่าวพิเศษ โดยมีเป้าหมายหลักเพื่อเปิดตัวบริการดิจิทัลภาครัฐผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน “ทางรัฐ” ในเวอร์ชันใหม่ที่พัฒนาขึ้น งานนี้ไม่เพียงแต่เป็นการประชาสัมพันธ์บริการใหม่เท่านั้น แต่ยังต้องการสื่อสารภาพลักษณ์ขององค์กรในฐานะผู้นำด้านเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล โดยเน้นการแสดงศักยภาพในการนำเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) มาใช้เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้ประชาชนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการดำเนินงานแถลงข่าวแบบครบวงจร เริ่มตั้งแต่การเผยแพร่ประชาสัมพันธ์ก่อนวันงาน (Pre-event) ผ่านช่องทางสื่อออนไลน์ที่น่าเชื่อถือ การจัดเตรียมสถานที่ อาหารและเครื่องดื่มสำหรับผู้ร่วมงานไม่ต่ำกว่า 80 คน การออกแบบคีย์วิชวลและบรรยากาศงาน การจัดหาผู้ดำเนินรายการที่มีชื่อเสียงในแวดวงเทคโนโลยี ไปจนถึงการออกแบบรูปแบบการนำเสนอที่ต้องใช้เทคโนโลยี AI อย่างสร้างสรรค์และน่าสนใจเพื่อสื่อถึงความทันสมัยขององค์กร นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการเชิญสื่อมวลชนและบล็อกเกอร์สายไอทีไม่น้อยกว่า 15 สำนัก การบันทึกภาพและวิดีโอ การถ่ายทอดสดผ่านสื่อโซเชียลมีเดียของ สพร. และช่องทางอื่นๆ ตลอดจนการติดตามและจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการเผยแพร่ข่าวหลังงาน (Post-event Monitoring)
โครงการนี้มีวงเงินงบประมาณ 1,000,000 บาท (หนึ่งล้านบาทถ้วน) และผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินงานให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 60 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา
The Digital Government Development Agency (Public Organization), or DGA, is seeking a contractor to organize a press conference event to promote digital government and launch the new version of the “Tang Rat” (Government Lane) public service application. This project aims to raise public awareness and understanding of digital government initiatives, specifically highlighting the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in the new service features. The event is designed to position the DGA as a leading digital technology expert and encourage widespread public use of digital government services.
The scope of work is comprehensive, covering all aspects of event management. This includes pre-event online promotion through credible media channels, venue preparation, catering for at least 80 attendees, design of key visuals and event atmosphere, hiring a renowned tech-savvy master of ceremonies, and crucially, designing an innovative and seamless AI-powered presentation format to showcase the agency’s modernity. Additional responsibilities involve inviting at least 15 media outlets and IT bloggers, event photography and videography, live streaming on DGA’s and other social media channels, and post-event media monitoring and summary reporting.
The project has a budget of 1,000,000 THB. The selected contractor must complete all work within 60 days from the contract signing date.
