กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยสํานักงานพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศดิจิทัล สํานักดิจิทัลกรุงเทพมหานคร มีความประสงค์จะจ้างบํารุงรักษาระบบเครือข่ายและโปรแกรมประยุกต์ตามโครงการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการรับเงินของกรุงเทพมหานคร ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) ราคากลาง 1,041,500 บาท โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อให้ระบบงานสารสนเทศด้านการรับเงินของกรุงเทพมหานคร ซึ่งเป็นระบบสําคัญที่ให้บริการประชาชนในการชําระภาษีและรายได้ต่างๆ สามารถดําเนินงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง มีเสถียรภาพ และมีความน่าเชื่อถือของข้อมูล
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการบํารุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) และการซ่อมแซมแก้ไข (Corrective Maintenance) สําหรับระบบโปรแกรมประยุกต์หลัก ได้แก่ ระบบงานออกใบเสร็จรับเงินแบบเรียลไทม์ ระบบงานรับเงินเพื่อรองรับการตรวจสอบข้อมูลการเชื่อมโยงระบบสารสนเทศ และระบบงานการรับเงินชดใช้เช็คขัดข้องและการคํานวณวันที่ครบกําหนดชําระภาษีป้าย โดยงานดําเนินการที่สํานักงาน กองโครงสร้างพื้นฐานเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ศาลาว่าการกรุงเทพมหานคร 2
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่จัดทํารายงานต่างๆ เช่น รายงานการเข้าสํารวจระบบ (System Initiative Report) รายงานสถานะผลการบํารุงรักษารายเดือน และเมื่อสิ้นสุดสัญญาต้องส่งมอบเอกสารระบบ (System Manual) ที่ปรับปรุงให้ทันสมัย พร้อมรายชื่อผู้ใช้งานและ checksum ของไฟล์ระบบทั้งหมด
The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA), through the Digital Information System Development Office, Digital Bureau, intends to hire a contractor for the maintenance of the network system and applications under the project to enhance the efficiency of Bangkok’s revenue collection via electronic bidding (e-bidding), with an estimated budget of 1,041,500 THB. The project aims to ensure the continuous, stable, and efficient operation of BMA’s critical revenue collection information systems, which facilitate public tax and fee payments.
The scope of work includes preventive and corrective maintenance for key application systems: the real-time receipt issuance system, the revenue collection system for data linkage verification, and the system for reimbursing bounced checks and calculating signboard tax due dates. Work will be performed at the Digital Infrastructure Division, Bangkok City Hall 2.
The contractor is responsible for producing various reports, including a System Initiative Report, monthly maintenance status reports, and upon contract completion, delivering an updated System Manual, a list of system users, and SHA256 checksums for all system files.
