โครงการนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงการเสริมสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจเพื่อสร้างกระบวนการเชิงรุกในการส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนรู้ทันความเป็นไปของสังคมในมิติด้านกฎหมายและกระบวนการยุติธรรม (รู้ = ทัน) ของสำนักงานอัยการสูงสุด ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการสื่อสารให้มีประสิทธิภาพ สร้างการรับรู้บทบาทและภารกิจของอัยการในการคุ้มครองสิทธิและบริการประชาชน ให้ความรู้ทางกฎหมายแก่เด็กและเยาวชน สร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ และส่งเสริมภาพลักษณ์และความเชื่อมั่นต่อองค์กร
ขอบเขตงานมุ่งเน้นการผลิตสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์เพื่อใช้ในกิจกรรมเชิงรุก โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 รายการหลัก: 1) การออกแบบและผลิตมาสคอต (Mascot) จำนวน 2 รูปแบบ (การ์ตูนแบบผู้ชายและผู้หญิง) ตามอัตลักษณ์ของสำนักงานอัยการสูงสุด โดยมาสคอตต้องมีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะ เช่น โครงสร้างไฟเบอร์กลาส ระบบระบายอากาศแบบชาร์จซ้ำได้ และเหมาะกับผู้สวมใส่ที่มีความสูง 160-175 ซม. และ 2) การออกแบบและผลิตสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ประเภทของที่ระลึก (Souvenir) จำนวน 4 รูปแบบ ซึ่งจะเป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญในการสร้างการจดจำและความใกล้ชิดกับกลุ่มเป้าหมาย
ผลลัพธ์ที่คาดหวังคือสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ที่มีคุณภาพและน่าสนใจ ซึ่งจะช่วยดึงดูดความสนใจ สร้างการจดจำ และเป็นสะพานเชื่อมโยงระหว่างประชาชนกับกระบวนการยุติธรรมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
This project aims to produce publicity media to support a proactive campaign to enhance public understanding of legal and justice matters, particularly targeting children and youth, under the concept of “Connect, Transparent, Close” with the Office of the Attorney General. The primary scope of work consists of designing and producing two types of publicity materials: 1) Two designs of Mascots (one male and one female cartoon character) based on the organization’s identity, with specific technical requirements like fiberglass structure and built-in rechargeable ventilation; and 2) Four designs of Souvenirs to be used in engagement activities to foster brand awareness and connection.
The deliverables are intended to make legal information more accessible, attract public interest, and ultimately build a positive image and trust in the Office of the Attorney General’s role in rights protection and legal services.
