รายละเอียดการจ้าง
กรมสรรพากรมีความประสงค์จะจัดจ้างบริการดูแลบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไขอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์พร้อมอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงต่าง ๆ ครอบคลุมหน่วยงานทั่วประเทศ เป็นระยะเวลา 8 เดือน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 ถึงวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2569 โดยใช้วิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โครงการนี้มีวงเงินงบประมาณ 87,045,117.58 บาท และมีราคากลางรวม 85,202,740 บาท
ขอบเขตงานแบ่งออกเป็น 2 รายการหลัก ได้แก่ 1) การจัดจ้างบริการดูแลบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไขอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ พร้อมอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงต่าง ๆ ซึ่งมีราคากลาง 83,526,304 บาท และ 2) การจัดจ้างบริการดูแลบำรุงรักษาและแก้ปัญหาระบบงาน (Application) ซึ่งมีราคากลาง 1,676,436 บาท
งานนี้ครอบคลุมการดูแลฮาร์ดแวร์หลากหลายประเภท เช่น เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่าย (Server), Storage, เครื่องพีซี (PC), เครื่องสำรองไฟ (UPS), อุปกรณ์ประชุมทางไกล, เครื่องพิมพ์ชนิดต่างๆ (Line Printer, Laser Printer, Dot Matrix), เครื่องสแกนเนอร์, ตู้ Kiosk ที่สนามบิน และกล้องวงจรปิด (CCTV) ตลอดจนการดูแลระบบซอฟต์แวร์สำคัญ เช่น DB6, WebSphere, Tivoli Storage Manager วัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้การบริการด้านภาษีแก่ประชาชนและผู้เสียภาษีเป็นไปอย่างต่อเนื่อง มีประสิทธิภาพ และสนับสนุนการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่กรมสรรพากรอย่างเต็มที่
The Revenue Department of Thailand is inviting bids via electronic bidding (e-bidding) for an 8-month comprehensive computer equipment maintenance, repair, and software application support service contract, from February 1 to September 30, 2029. The project has a budget of 87,045,117.58 THB and an estimated total price of 85,202,740 THB.
The scope of work consists of two main packages: 1) Maintenance and Repair Services for Computer Equipment and Peripherals with an estimated price of 83,526,304 THB, and 2) Application System Maintenance and Problem-Solving Services with an estimated price of 1,676,436 THB.
The services cover a wide range of hardware including servers, storage systems, PCs, UPS units, teleconferencing equipment, various printers (line, laser, dot matrix), scanners, Kiosk terminals at airports, and CCTV systems. It also includes support for critical software applications such as DB6, WebSphere, and Tivoli Storage Manager. The primary goal is to ensure the continuous, efficient operation of the department’s IT infrastructure across central and regional offices, thereby supporting tax collection services for the public and the internal workflow of Revenue Department staff.
