สำนักงานส่งเสริมการจัดประชุมและนิทรรศการ (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ สสปน. เปิดโครงการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพของแพลตฟอร์ม Thai MICE Connect ซึ่งเป็นศูนย์กลางเชื่อมโยงผู้ประกอบการอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์ (MICE) ทั่วประเทศ โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อยกระดับการอำนวยความสะดวกในการจัดกิจกรรมไมซ์อย่างครบวงจร พัฒนาเครื่องมือเชื่อมต่อข้อมูลจากแหล่งภายนอกให้มีข้อมูลที่หลากหลาย และสร้างช่องทางการตลาดที่เข้าถึงง่ายสำหรับผู้ประกอบการ
ขอบเขตงานหลักมุ่งเน้นไปที่การพัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบอย่างครอบคลุม ได้แก่ 1) การปรับปรุงส่วนแสดงผลสำหรับผู้ใช้งาน (Frontend) ให้รองรับการแสดงผลแบบ Responsive ปรับปรุงการแสดงรายละเอียดธุรกิจ ตัวกรอง การค้นหา และเพิ่มฟีเจอร์สำหรับมาตรฐาน TSEMS, TMVS, AMVS และ SDGs 2) การพัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบจัดการสำหรับผู้ดูแลระบบ (Backend) ในส่วนการอนุมัติ การประกาศ และการจัดการสิทธิ์ 3) การปรับปรุงการเชื่อมต่อและตรวจสอบข้อมูลผ่าน API จากแหล่งข้อมูลภายนอก เช่น สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวจาก การท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย และแอปพลิเคชัน JerGan ของ สสปน. 4) การปรับปรุงระบบความปลอดภัยและเงื่อนไขการใช้งาน 5) การต่ออายุสิทธิ์การใช้งาน SMS, Google Map API, Domain และ SSL Certificate 6) การทดสอบระบบ (UAT) การติดตั้งบน Production Server การจัดทำคู่มือภาษาไทย 2 ชุด การฝึกอบรมเจ้าหน้าที่ และการให้บริการบำรุงรักษาและรับประกันระบบเป็นเวลา 180 วัน
โครงการนี้มีวงเงินงบประมาณ 9,000,000 บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มและค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดแล้ว) และมีระยะเวลาดำเนินงานตามสัญญาทั้งสิ้น 210 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา
The Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (Public Organization), or TCEB, is procuring a project to develop a data connection system for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry entrepreneurs via the Thai MICE Connect platform, with a budget of 9,000,000 THB (including VAT and all expenses). The project aims to enhance comprehensive MICE event facilitation, develop data integration tools from external sources to diversify information on the platform, and provide accessible marketing channels for entrepreneurs.
The primary scope of work includes comprehensive system development and enhancements: 1) Improving the user-facing frontend for responsive display, business detail presentation, filters, search functions, and adding features for standards like TSEMS, TMVS, AMVS, and SDGs. 2) Developing and enhancing the backend administration system for approval processes, announcements, and role management. 3) Upgrading and verifying data connections via API from external sources, such as tourist attractions from the Tourism Authority of Thailand and TCEB’s JerGan application. 4) Improving security systems and terms of service. 5) Renewing service entitlements for SMS, Google Map API, domain, and SSL Certificate. 6) Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deploying to the production server, creating two sets of Thai user manuals, training TCEB staff, and providing system maintenance and warranty services for 180 days.
The total project duration is 210 days from the contract signing date.
