กรมการแพทย์แผนไทยและการแพทย์ทางเลือก ดำเนินการจัดจ้างผู้รับจ้างเพื่อจัดงานมหกรรมสมุนไพรแห่งชาติ ครั้งที่ 23 ภายใต้ธีม “เชิดชูภูมิปัญญาไทย ต่อยอดเศรษฐกิจใหม่ ก้าวไกลสู่สากล” และแนวคิด “Natural Roots - Economic Boost จากธรรมชาติ สู่การสร้างเศรษฐกิจ” โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดเวทีแสดงศักยภาพสมุนไพรไทย สร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ทันสมัย ยกระดับสู่สากล และส่งเสริมโอกาสทางเศรษฐกิจ
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการดำเนินงานครบวงจร เริ่มตั้งแต่การวางแผน การออกแบบ Key Visual และภาพรวมการจัดงาน การบริหารจัดการสถานที่ และการออกแบบก่อสร้างตกแต่งสถานที่จัดงานและนิทรรศการ 11 โซนหลัก ได้แก่ โซนเวทีกลาง (Center Stage), โซนนิทรรศการเทิดพระเกียรติ (Royal Pavilion), โซน From Farm to Factory, โซน Innovation & Technology, โซน Herbal Medicine, โซน Herbal for Beauty, โซน Scent, โซน One Stop Service & Business Matching, โซน Herbs for pets, โซนเครือข่ายและกรมการแพทย์แผนไทยและการแพทย์ทางเลือก และโซนประชุมวิชาการและอบรม Workshop โดยดำเนินการบนพื้นที่อาคาร 11-12 และห้องประชุมฟีนิกซ์ ศูนย์แสดงสินค้าอิมแพ็ค เมืองทองธานี รวมพื้นที่บริหารจัดการไม่น้อยกว่า 6,000 ตารางเมตร ระหว่างวันที่ 2-5 กรกฎาคม 2569
นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบการประชาสัมพันธ์งานทั้งก่อน ระหว่าง และหลังงาน การจัดหาพนักงานและเจ้าหน้าที่อำนวยความสะดวกทุกประเภท การจัดหาอุปกรณ์ครบวงจร และการประเมินผลสรุปงาน โดยมีงบประมาณโครงการ 9,000,000 บาท
The Department of Thai Traditional and Alternative Medicine is procuring a contractor to organize the 23rd National Herbal Expo under the theme “Cherishing Thai Wisdom, Expanding New Economy, Advancing to Internationality” with the concept “Natural Roots - Economic Boost”. The objectives are to establish a platform for showcasing Thai herbal potential, create a modern image, elevate to international standards, and promote economic opportunities.
The scope of work is comprehensive, covering planning, Key Visual design, overall event design, venue management, and the design, construction, and decoration of the exhibition venue and 11 main zones. These zones include: Center Stage, Royal Pavilion, From Farm to Factory, Innovation & Technology, Herbal Medicine, Herbal for Beauty, Scent, One Stop Service & Business Matching, Herbs for pets, Network and DTAM Department zone, and Academic Conference and Workshop zone. The event will be held at IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Hall 11-12 and Phoenix Hall, Muang Thong Thani, with a managed area of not less than 6,000 square meters from July 2-5, 2029.
Furthermore, the contractor is responsible for pre-event, on-site, and post-event publicity and PR, provision of all necessary personnel and staff, procurement of all equipment, and post-event evaluation and reporting. The project budget is 9,000,000 Baht.
