สำนักงานประกันสังคมมีโครงการจ้างจัดกิจกรรมวันแรงงานแห่งชาติ ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2569 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเผยแพร่ประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูลข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับสิทธิและหน้าที่ภายใต้ระบบประกันสังคมให้แก่กลุ่มเป้าหมายผู้ใช้แรงงานและประชาชนทั่วไปที่เข้าร่วมงานได้อย่างทั่วถึง สร้างแรงจูงใจให้เกิดความเข้าใจ และสามารถนำความรู้ไปปฏิบัติได้ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย พร้อมทั้งสร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีให้กับองค์กร
ขอบเขตการดำเนินงานครอบคลุมการจัดเตรียมสถานที่และกิจกรรมที่สมบูรณ์ โดยผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่หลักในการออกแบบและติดตั้งอาคารชั่วคราวปรับอากาศขนาดพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 500 ตารางเมตร พร้อมระบบไฟฟ้า เครื่องปรับอากาศ และการตกแต่งภายใน ตลอดจนพื้นที่รองรับกิจกรรมต่างๆ ได้แก่ คูหาจัดนิทรรศการจำนวน 5 คูหา พื้นที่ศูนย์บริการข้อมูล เวทีกิจกรรมพร้อมระบบเครื่องเสียง และพื้นที่พักรับรอง นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการจัดหาของรางวัลสำหรับกิจกรรม การจัดทำเอกสารแบบแปลนเพื่อขออนุมัติ การถ่ายภาพระหว่างติดตั้งและรื้อถอนเป็นหลักฐาน และการรื้อถอนอาคารทั้งหมดหลังงานเสร็จสิ้นให้เรียบร้อย
The Social Security Office is hiring a contractor to organize activities for the National Labor Day event in the year 2026. The primary objective is to disseminate and publicize information about social security benefits and responsibilities to the target audience of laborers and the general public attending the event, aiming to create motivation, understanding, and correct legal compliance. It also seeks to build a positive organizational image.
The scope of work comprehensively covers the preparation of the venue and activities. The contractor’s main responsibilities include designing and installing a temporary air-conditioned building with a minimum area of 500 square meters, complete with electrical systems, air conditioning, and interior furnishings. This also encompasses areas for various activities such as 5 exhibition booths, an information service center, a stage with a sound system, and reception areas. Additionally, the scope includes procuring prizes for activities, preparing design documents for approval, documenting the installation and dismantling process with photographs, and completely dismantling the temporary structure after the event concludes.
