องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดภูเก็ตประกาศประกวดราคาจ้างโครงการต่ออายุลิขสิทธิ์ซอฟต์แวร์บริหารจัดการระบบกล้องวงจรปิด (CCTV Management System) ภายใต้โปรแกรม Milestone Xprotect Corporate ที่ใช้งานอยู่ในปัจจุบัน โครงการมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรักษาการทำงานของระบบ CCTV จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 439 กล้อง (332 กล้องในพื้นที่สาธารณะ และ 107 กล้องในโรงพยาบาล อบจ.) ให้สามารถดำเนินการได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพ
ขอบเขตงานหลักคือการดำเนินการต่ออายุลิขสิทธิ์ ให้ครอบคลุมลิขสิทธิ์พื้นฐานของโปรแกรม (Base License) จำนวน 1 สิทธิ์ และลิขสิทธิ์การใช้งานกล้อง (Camera License) สำหรับมุมมองกล้องทั้งหมดจำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 446 สิทธิ์ โดยลิขสิทธิ์ที่ต่ออายุต้องมีอายุการใช้งานไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี นับจากวันที่ลิขสิทธิ์เดิมหมดอายุ (31 พฤษภาคม 2567) นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับประกันว่าลิขสิทธิ์ที่ต่ออายุจะสามารถรองรับการอัปเกรดโปรแกรมและเพิ่มไดรเวอร์หรือเฟิร์มแวร์สำหรับกล้องรุ่นใหม่ได้โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่ม รวมถึงต้องมีมาตรการแก้ไขปัญหาฉุกเฉินหากเกิดความผิดพลาดจากขั้นตอนการต่ออายุ
งานนี้มีวงเงินงบประมาณราคากลาง 851,860 บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มแล้ว) และกำหนดส่งมอบงานหรือดำเนินการต่ออายุให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 20 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา
The Phuket Provincial Administrative Organization (PPAO) is inviting bids for a project to renew the software license for its Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) management system. The project aims to renew the license for the existing Milestone Xprotect Corporate software used to manage a total of 439 CCTV cameras (332 in public areas and 107 at the PPAO hospital).
The core scope of work is to process the license renewal, covering one (1) Base License and no less than four hundred and forty-six (446) Camera Licenses (for camera channels). The renewed licenses must have a validity period of not less than one year, starting from the expiration date of the current licenses (May 31, 2024). The contractor must also ensure that the renewed licenses support software updates and the addition of drivers/firmware for new camera models at no extra cost. Emergency troubleshooting support is required in case of issues arising from the renewal process.
The project has a budget reference price of 851,860 Baht (inclusive of VAT). The delivery period or completion of the license renewal is set at 20 days from the contract signing date.
