มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงมีนโยบายพัฒนาระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยด้วยเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดูแลจุดเสี่ยงต่างๆ ภายในมหาวิทยาลัย สำหรับระยะที่ 2 นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อขยายการติดตั้งระบบไปยังศูนย์การแพทย์มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง โดยมุ่งเน้นการยกระดับความปลอดภัยในชีวิตและทรัพย์สินของนักศึกษา คณาจารย์ บุคลากร และผู้มาใช้บริการ พร้อมทั้งพัฒนาระบบข้อมูลเพื่อประโยชน์ทางการศึกษาและวิจัยด้าน AI โดยระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นจะต้องสามารถทำงานและเชื่อมต่อกับระบบเดิม (Phase 1) ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ขอบเขตของงานครอบคลุมการสำรวจสถานที่จริง ออกแบบระบบ ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์และสายสัญญาณทั้งหมด (ทั้ง UTP และ Fiber Optic ไม่น้อยกว่า 120 Core) รวมถึงการกำหนดค่าการทำงาน (Configuration) การทดสอบ และการบำรุงรักษา เพื่อให้ระบบทำงานได้สมบูรณ์และเชื่อมโยงไปยังห้องควบคุม (War Room) ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ อุปกรณ์หลักที่ต้องติดตั้งได้แก่ ชุดควบคุมทางเข้า-ออกยานพาหนะ กล้องวงจรปิดชนิดเครือข่าย ระบบสังเกตการณ์ควบคุมและสั่งการ และระบบกล้องวงจรปิดในอาคารต่างๆ ภายในศูนย์การแพทย์ เช่น โรงพยาบาลศูนย์การแพทย์ Wellness Center หน่วยบริการปฐมภูมิ (PCU) และสำนักวิชาทันตแพทยศาสตร์ พร้อมด้วยเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายสำหรับบริหารจัดการระบบ
Mae Fah Luang University intends to hire a contractor for the installation of an Artificial Intelligence Security System, Phase 2, comprising 1 system. This phase aims to expand the AI security coverage to the buildings within the University’s Medical Center. The project’s key objectives are to enhance surveillance and monitoring capabilities, elevate safety for students, faculty, staff, and visitors, and develop a technological foundation for AI education and research. The new system must seamlessly integrate and operate with the existing Phase 1 AI security system.
The scope of work is comprehensive, including site survey, system design, and full installation of all equipment and cabling (both UTP and a minimum of 120-core Single Mode Fiber Optic). It also covers configuration, testing, and maintenance to ensure complete operability and efficient connectivity to the central control room (War Room). Key deliverables include vehicle access control systems, network CCTV cameras, observation/control/command systems, and complete CCTV systems for various buildings within the Medical Center complex, such as the main hospital, Wellness Center, Primary Care Unit (PCU), and the School of Dentistry, along with a central server computer for system management.
