โครงการนี้เป็นงานจ้างเหมาบริการเพื่อสนับสนุนโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศทางการแพทย์ของโรงพยาบาลราชบุรี มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อจัดหาและติดตั้งเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ All-in-One จํานวน 500 เครื่อง พร้อมซอฟต์แวร์ระบบปฏิบัติการและเครื่องมือจัดการที่จําเป็น เพื่อใช้เป็นจุดให้บริการข้อมูลในหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั่วทั้งโรงพยาบาล
ขอบเขตของงานครอบคลุมการจัดหาเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์คุณภาพสูง 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มที่ 1 จํานวน 200 เครื่องที่มีสเปกสูงสําหรับงานเฉพาะทาง และกลุ่มที่ 2 จํานวน 300 เครื่องที่มีสเปกมาตรฐาน พร้อมแป้นพิมพ์และเมาส์ จากผู้ผลิตระดับสากล เครื่องทั้งหมดต้องติดตั้งลิขสิทธิ์ Windows 10 Pro 64-bit และสามารถเชื่อมต่อกับระบบเครือข่ายของโรงพยาบาลได้ทั้งแบบ DHCP และ Fix IP ที่สําคัญคือ เครื่องต้องสามารถทํางานร่วมกับระบบสารสนเทศทางการแพทย์หลักของโรงพยาบาลได้อย่างสมบูรณ์ รวมถึงระบบ HOSxP, ระบบ PACS, ระบบเวชระเบียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์, ระบบ VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) และระบบอื่นๆ ที่พัฒนาขึ้นเอง
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่ติดตั้งเครื่อง 500 จุดตามตําแหน่งที่โรงพยาบาลกําหนด พร้อมจัดเตรียมเครื่องสํารอง 10 เครื่อง และให้บริการเปลี่ยนเครื่องทดแทนภายใน 48 ชั่วโมงหากเกิดปัญหา รวมถึงให้การรับประกันและการบริการซ่อมบํารุงแบบ On-site เป็นระยะเวลา 3 ปี โครงการนี้เน้นความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล โดยเครื่องต้องควบคุมการใช้งานอุปกรณ์ USB ได้ และผู้รับจ้างต้องลงนามในสัญญาความลับ (NDA) ด้วย
This project is a service contract to support the medical information technology infrastructure of Ratchaburi Hospital. The primary objective is to procure and install 500 All-in-One computer units, complete with necessary operating system software and management tools, to serve as data service points across various departments within the hospital.
The scope of work encompasses the supply of high-quality computers in two groups: Group 1 consists of 200 high-specification units for specialized tasks, and Group 2 consists of 300 standard-specification units, all with keyboards and mice from international manufacturers. All units must have licensed Windows 10 Pro 64-bit installed and be capable of connecting to the hospital’s network via both DHCP and Fix IP. Crucially, the computers must be fully compatible with the hospital’s core medical information systems, including HOSxP, PACS, Electronic Medical Records, VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure), and other internally developed systems.
The contractor is responsible for installing all 500 units at locations specified by the hospital, providing 10 backup units, and replacing faulty units within 48 hours of notification. The service includes a 3-year on-site warranty and maintenance. The project emphasizes data security, requiring the computers to control USB device usage, and the contractor must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
