โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อจัดหาบริการบำรุงรักษาระบบ Thai Water Plan (TWP) ซึ่งเป็นระบบบริหารจัดการแผนงานโครงการและฐานข้อมูลเพื่อการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรน้ำของประเทศ ภายใต้สำนักทรัพยากรน้ำแห่งชาติ (สนช.) หลังจากที่ระบบสิ้นสุดระยะเวลาการรับประกันแล้ว
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการบำรุงรักษาระบบทั้งส่วนฮาร์ดแวร์และซอฟต์แวร์ที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด โดยมีเป้าหมายให้ระบบสามารถทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง มีประสิทธิภาพ ปลอดภัย และยั่งยืน ตอบสนองต่อความต้องการใช้งานของหน่วยงานราชการ จังหวัด องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และคณะกรรมการที่เกี่ยวข้อง การบำรุงรักษาจะต้องสามารถรองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยีที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็ว เช่น การอัปเดตระบบปฏิบัติการทั้งฝั่งเซิร์ฟเวอร์และไคลเอนต์ การเปลี่ยนแปลงของเว็บเบราว์เซอร์ต่างๆ เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้การเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าวส่งผลกระทบต่อการทำงานของระบบ TWP
งานบริการประกอบด้วยการตรวจสอบ ติดตั้ง ปรับปรุง แก้ไขข้อผิดพลาด ป้องกันและจัดการปัญหาด้านความปลอดภัยไซเบอร์ ตลอดจนการให้คำปรึกษาและสนับสนุนผู้ใช้แบบ Real-time เพื่อให้การจัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการด้านทรัพยากรน้ำเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและมีประสิทธิภาพ
This project aims to procure maintenance services for the Thai Water Plan (TWP) system, which is a project management and database system for national water resource management under the Office of National Water Resources (ONWR). The maintenance is required as the system warranty period has ended.
The scope of work involves comprehensive maintenance of both hardware and software components associated with the TWP system. The goal is to ensure the system operates continuously, efficiently, securely, and sustainably to meet the needs of government agencies, provinces, local administrative organizations, and related committees. The maintenance must accommodate rapid technological changes, such as updates to server and client operating systems and changes in web browsers, to prevent these changes from disrupting the TWP system’s operations.
Services include monitoring, installation, updates, bug fixes, cybersecurity threat prevention and management, as well as consultation and real-time user support to facilitate smooth and effective water resource action planning processes.
