เทศบาลตำบลบางปู จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ มีความประสงค์จ้างเหมาจัดงานโครงการสืบสานประเพณีวัฒนธรรมและภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น “วิถีน้ำ วิถีไทย มนต์เสน่ห์บางปู” โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่ออนุรักษ์ ฟื้นฟู และส่งเสริมประเพณีอันดีงามของชุมชน สร้างความสามัคคี กระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจในพื้นที่ และส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรม
งานจะจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 25-26 เมษายน 2569 ณ บริเวณวงเวียนหาดอมรา ตำบลท้ายบ้าน อำเภอเมืองสมุทรปราการ เวลา 14.00-22.00 น. ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบการดำเนินงานทั้งหมด ซึ่งประกอบด้วยกิจกรรมหลักหลายส่วน ได้แก่ 1) กิจกรรมสรงน้ำพระพุทธรูปและพิธีรดน้ำขอพรผู้สูงอายุในวันที่ 25 เมษายน 2) กิจกรรมการแสดงสืบสานประเพณีและภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นตลอดสองวัน 3) กิจกรรมรื่นเริงสืบสานประเพณีและมหรสพ รวมถึงเวทีหลักพร้อมระบบแสงสีเสียงที่ได้มาตรฐาน 4) การจัดนิทรรศการแสดงวิถีชีวิต และ 5) การจัดการด้านโลจิสติกส์ทั้งหมด เช่น การตกแต่งสถานที่ จัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์ อาหารว่าง และทีมงานผู้เชี่ยวชาญ
โครงการนี้มีวงเงินงบประมาณกลาง 5,000,000 บาท และใช้เกณฑ์การพิจารณาคัดเลือกแบบราคาประกอบเกณฑ์อื่น โดยให้น้ำหนักด้านราคา 20% และด้านคุณภาพ/แนวคิดการจัดงาน 80%
Bangpoo Subdistrict Municipality, Samut Prakan Province, intends to hire a contractor to organize the “Waterway, Thai Way, Bangpoo Charm” project, aimed at preserving and promoting local traditions and wisdom. The objectives are to conserve cultural heritage, foster community unity, stimulate the local economy, and promote cultural tourism.
The event will be held on April 25-26, 2029, at Hat Amara Circle, Thai Ban Subdistrict, Mueang District, Samut Prakan, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The contractor is responsible for the complete execution of the event, which includes several key components: 1) Water-pouring ceremony for Buddha images and a blessing ceremony for the elderly on April 25; 2) Cultural and traditional performances over the two days; 3) Festive activities and modern entertainment, including a main stage with a professional sound, light, and LED system; 4) An exhibition showcasing local lifestyle; and 5) Comprehensive logistics such as venue decoration, equipment provision, catering for snacks, and professional personnel.
The project has a median budget of 5,000,000 THB. The bid evaluation criteria use the price in conjunction with other factors method, with a weight of 20% for price and 80% for quality/concept of the event organization.
