กรมศุลกากรมีโครงการจ้างบริการบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไขระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ อุปกรณ์การประมวลผล และระบบที่เกี่ยวข้อง สำหรับ “โครงการบริหารจัดการระบบข้อมูลสารสนเทศเพื่อรองรับการให้บริการศุลกากรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์” (รหัสโครงการ 162) โดยระบบนี้ทำหน้าที่บริหารจัดการข้อมูลสารสนเทศให้กับระบบงานศุลกากรต่างๆ เช่น ระบบ eb-XML, สารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์, และระบบ BackOffice เพื่อสนับสนุนการให้บริการผ่านช่องทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และระบบ National Single Window (NSW)
ขอบเขตงานมุ่งเน้นการให้บริการบำรุงรักษาอย่างครบวงจรแก่ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์เฉพาะของกรมศุลกากร ซึ่งออกแบบและพัฒนาขึ้นมาโดยเฉพาะ งานหลักประกอบด้วยการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) ตามกำหนดการ, การบริการซ่อมแซมและแก้ไขปัญหา (Corrective Maintenance) ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมงทุกวัน, การเปลี่ยนอะไหล่หรืออุปกรณ์ที่เสียหาย, รวมถึงการดูแลระบบไฟฟ้าและเครือข่ายภายในที่สนับสนุนการทำงานของระบบ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการปฏิบัติงานและการให้บริการของกรมศุลกากรสามารถดำเนินไปได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง มีประสิทธิภาพ และรองรับปริมาณงานได้ตลอดเวลา
The Customs Department is procuring maintenance and repair services for computer systems, processing equipment, and related systems for the “Information System Management Project to Support Electronic Customs Services” (Project Code 162). This system manages information for various customs systems such as eb-XML, electronic document management, and BackOffice systems, supporting electronic services and the National Single Window (NSW).
The scope of work focuses on providing comprehensive maintenance services for the Customs Department’s specialized computer systems, which are uniquely designed and developed. Key tasks include scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM), 24/7 Corrective Maintenance and troubleshooting, replacement of faulty parts or equipment, as well as maintenance of supporting electrical and internal network systems. The goal is to ensure the continuous, efficient operation of the Customs Department’s work and services, capable of handling workload at all times.
