บรรษัทประกันสินเชื่ออุตสาหกรรมขนาดย่อม (บสย.) มีความประสงค์จะประกวดราคาจ้างโครงการจัดจ้างบริการบำรุงรักษาซอฟต์แวร์ระบบสำรองข้อมูล (Backup Software) ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) วงเงินงบประมาณที่จัดสรรไว้สำหรับโครงการนี้คือ 1,350,000 บาท โดยมีราคากลาง 1,295,833.33 บาท
โครงการนี้มีลักษณะเป็นงานจ้างบริการ (ไม่ใช่งานก่อสร้าง) โดยมีขอบเขตหลักคือการให้บริการบำรุงรักษาซอฟต์แวร์ระบบสำรองข้อมูลของผู้ว่าจ้าง ผู้ชนะการประกวดราคาจะต้องรับผิดชอบดูแล ซ่อมบำรุง และแก้ไขปัญหาให้ซอฟต์แวร์สามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพตามปกติ รวมถึงต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของงานจ้างเป็นระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี นับจากวันที่ได้รับมอบงาน
การคัดเลือกผู้ชนะจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคาเป็นเกณฑ์หลัก โดยพิจารณาจากราคารวมที่เสนอ ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะด้าน เช่น มีผลงานบริการบำรุงรักษาระบบสำรองข้อมูลที่แล้วเสร็จในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 500,000 บาท และต้องมีหนังสือแต่งตั้งเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เสนอ
The Small Industry Credit Guarantee Corporation (TCG) intends to procure maintenance services for its Backup Software through an electronic bidding (e-bidding) process. The approved budget for this project is 1,350,000 THB, with an estimated project cost of 1,295,833.33 THB.
This project is a service contract (non-construction) with the primary scope being the provision of maintenance services for TCG’s backup software system. The winning bidder will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and troubleshooting the software to ensure its normal and efficient operation. A warranty for defects in workmanship must be provided for at least 1 year from the date of project acceptance.
The selection of the winning bidder will be based primarily on price, considering the total proposed cost. Bidders must meet specific qualifications, including having completed similar backup system maintenance work valued at no less than 500,000 THB and holding an appointment letter as an authorized distributor for the proposed product.
