โครงการบูรณาการระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสำหรับกองบัญชาการตำรวจสืบสวนสอบสวนอาชญากรรมทางเทคโนโลยี (บช.สอท.) มีเป้าหมายเพื่อเสริมสร้างความมั่นคงปลอดภัยทางไซเบอร์และประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงาน ภายใต้ภัยคุกคามที่ซับซ้อนขึ้น โครงการมุ่งสร้างระบบพื้นฐานไอทีที่ทันสมัยและมีความยืดหยุ่นสูง
ขอบเขตงานหลักครอบคลุม 4 ด้านสำคัญ ได้แก่ 1) การจัดตั้งระบบสำรองข้อมูล (Disaster Recovery) และโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน Hybrid Cloud สำหรับระบบรับแจ้งความออนไลน์ เพื่อรับรองความต่อเนื่องของการบริการประชาชนแม้ในสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน 2) การพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มบูรณาการจัดการข้อมูลอาชญากรรมไซเบอร์ (Integrated Cyber Crime Data Management Platform) ซึ่งรวมถึงระบบ Data Lake สำหรับจัดเก็บข้อมูลหลากหลายรูปแบบ, ระบบ Data Catalog สำหรับจัดทำบัญชีและพจนานุกรมข้อมูล, และระบบแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลภายในและภายนอกหน่วยงาน 3) การปรับปรุงระบบแจ้งความออนไลน์เดิมให้สามารถรวบรวม วิเคราะห์ความเชื่อมโยง และสร้างภาพข้อมูล (Visualization) จากโซเชียลมีเดียและเว็บไซต์ได้ 4) การจัดทำกรอบธรรมาภิบาลข้อมูลภาครัฐ (Government Data Governance Framework) และคู่มือการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานดิจิทัลภาครัฐ
ผลลัพธ์ที่คาดหวังคือระบบสารสนเทศที่มีความพร้อมใช้งานสูง ข้อมูลที่เชื่อมโยงและวิเคราะห์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อสนับสนุนการสืบสวนสอบสวนอาชญากรรมทางเทคโนโลยีและการตัดสินใจเชิงกลยุทธ์ของหน่วยงาน
The Information System Integration Project for the Technology Crime Suppression Division (TCSD) aims to enhance cybersecurity resilience and operational efficiency in the face of increasingly complex threats. The project focuses on building a modern and flexible IT infrastructure.
The primary scope of work encompasses four key areas: 1) Establishment of a Disaster Recovery (DR) system and Hybrid Cloud infrastructure for the online crime reporting system to ensure continuous public service even during emergencies. 2) Development of an Integrated Cyber Crime Data Management Platform, including a Data Lake for storing various data types, a Data Catalog for inventorying and defining data, and a data exchange system for internal and external agency integration. 3) Enhancement of the existing online reporting system to enable collection, link analysis, and visualization of data from social media and websites. 4) Development of a Government Data Governance Framework and data management handbook in accordance with national digital government standards.
The expected outcome is a highly available information system with effectively integrated and analyzable data, supporting technology crime investigation and the agency’s strategic decision-making.
