กองบัญชาการตำรวจสืบสวนสอบสวนอาชญากรรมทางเทคโนโลยี (สอท.) สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ ประกาศประกวดราคาจ้างโครงการพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการข้อมูลการวิเคราะห์หลักฐานดิจิทัลแบบบูรณาการ ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยมีงบประมาณราคากลางทั้งสิ้น 46,833,333.33 บาท (สี่สิบหกล้านแปดแสนสามหมื่นสามพันสามร้อยสามสิบสามบาทสามสิบสามสตางค์)
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อพัฒนาระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่เป็นศูนย์กลาง สำหรับการบริหารจัดการ วิเคราะห์ ประมวลผล และจัดเก็บหลักฐานดิจิทัลที่ได้จากการสืบสวนอาชญากรรมทางเทคโนโลยีอย่างเป็นระบบและมีมาตรฐาน โดยระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นจะต้องสามารถบูรณาการข้อมูลจากแหล่งต่าง ๆ เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ ลดเวลาในการวิเคราะห์หลักฐาน และสนับสนุนกระบวนการยุติธรรมได้อย่างถูกต้องแม่นยำ

The High-Tech Crime Investigation Division (HTCD), Royal Thai Police, is announcing an electronic bidding (e-bidding) project for the development of an integrated digital evidence analysis data management system. The approved budget for this procurement is 46,833,333.33 Thai Baht.
The primary objective of this project is to develop a centralized information technology system for systematically and standardly managing, analyzing, processing, and storing digital evidence obtained from high-tech crime investigations. The system to be developed must integrate data from various sources, enhance operational efficiency for officers, reduce evidence analysis time, and accurately support the judicial process.
