ศูนย์ส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรมภาคที่ ๑๐ กรมส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรม ดำเนินกิจกรรมเพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพการบริหารจัดการให้กับวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม (SMEs) ในกลุ่มธุรกิจสุขภาพและเวลเนส (Health & Wellness) จำนวน 15 กิจการ ในพื้นที่จังหวัดภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามัน ได้แก่ จังหวัดภูเก็ต พังงา กระบี่ ระนอง และพื้นที่ใกล้เคียง งบประมาณโครงการ 1,800,000 บาท (รวม VAT แล้ว) ระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 150 วัน
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพให้ SMEs สามารถนำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการบริหารจัดการธุรกิจ การจัดการนวัตกรรม การปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตหรือบริการ ตลอดจนพัฒนาทักษะบุคลากรในสถานประกอบการ
ผู้รับจ้างมีขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมกระบวนการทั้งหมด เริ่มตั้งแต่การวางแผนงาน (Gantt Chart) การสรรหาและคัดเลือก SMEs เป้าหมาย การลงพื้นที่วินิจฉัยและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาเฉพาะกิจการ การออกแบบและติดตั้ง/ปรับปรุงเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลที่เหมาะสม เช่น ฮาร์ดแวร์ (เครื่องอ่านโค้ดมือถือ, IoT Sensors) และซอฟต์แวร์ (ระบบบริหารงานต่างๆ, แอปพลิเคชันจัดการ) การให้คำปรึกษาและฝึกอบรมอย่างต่อเนื่อง จนถึงการจัดกิจกรรมสรุปผลและจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการดำเนินงาน รวมถึงคัดเลือกและผลิตวิดีทัศน์แสดงผลสำเร็จ (Success Case) ของสถานประกอบการอย่างน้อย 3 กิจการ
The Office of Industrial Promotion Region 10 is launching a project to enhance the capabilities of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the Health & Wellness sector in the Andaman coastal provinces of Southern Thailand. The project targets 15 businesses with a budget of 1,800,000 THB (VAT included) and a duration of 150 days.
The objectives are to empower SMEs to apply digital technologies in business management, innovation management, and process/service improvement, as well as to develop the digital skills of their personnel.
The contractor’s scope of work encompasses the entire process: project planning (Gantt Chart), recruitment and selection of target SMEs, on-site diagnosis and problem analysis for each business, design and installation/upgrading of suitable digital technologies (e.g., hardware like handheld mobile computers, IoT sensors; software like various management systems, applications), ongoing consultation and training, culminating in a final results-sharing event and comprehensive reporting. The contractor must also select and produce success case videos for at least 3 outstanding participating businesses.
