โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงานด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของกรมการกงสุลให้สามารถให้บริการประชาชนและสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ต่อเนื่อง และรวดเร็ว โดยครอบคลุมการให้คำแนะนำและแก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศและอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ รวมถึงการให้บริการช่วยเหลือผู้ใช้งานทั้งแบบ Onsite และ Online ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ทั้งในประเทศและในสถานเอกอัครราชทูตและสถานกงสุลใหญ่ทั่วโลก
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วย 1) ให้บริการสนับสนุนการทำงานของกองสัญชาติและนิติกรณ์ ในการใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศของกรมการกงสุล เพื่อดูแลการให้บริการของระบบงานรับรองนิติกรณ์เอกสาร ณ จุดให้บริการประชาชน 2 แห่ง 2) ให้บริการสนับสนุนการทํางานของกองสัญชาติและนิติกรณ์ เพื่อตรวจสอบความถูกต้องครบถ้วนของเอกสารก่อนนําเข้าสู่ระบบงานรับรองนิติกรณ์เอกสาร ณ จุดให้บริการประชาชน และ 3) ให้บริการสนับสนุนการทํางานแบบ Online ทําหน้าที่ให้คําแนะนํา ตอบข้อซักถาม ให้ความช่วยเหลือผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง
โครงการนี้มีวงเงินราคากลาง 1,250,000 บาท และมีกำหนดระยะเวลาดำเนินงานไม่เกิน 7 เดือน โดยจะต้องแล้วเสร็จภายในวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2569
This project, initiated by the Consular Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, aims to support the IT operations of the department to ensure efficient, continuous, and rapid public services and staff operations. The scope includes providing guidance and troubleshooting for information system and computer equipment usage, offering both on-site and online user assistance 24/7, domestically and at embassies/consulates worldwide.
The core work scope involves: 1) Providing operational support for the Nationality and Legalization Division in using the Consular Department’s information systems, specifically for the document legalization service system at two public service points. 2) Providing support to verify the completeness and accuracy of documents before they are entered into the legalization system at these service points. 3) Providing online operational support, offering advice, answering inquiries, and providing assistance through online channels 24/7.
The project has a reference budget of 1,250,000 THB and a maximum implementation period of 7 months, with completion required by September 30, 2026.
