โครงการนี้เป็นความร่วมมือของโรงเรียนศรีอยุธยา ในพระอุปถัมภ์ฯ ในการยกระดับระบบการดูแลและบริหารจัดการนักเรียนให้ทันสมัยด้วยเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล โดยมีเป้าหมายหลักเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ ความรวดเร็ว และความโปร่งใสในการทำงาน
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วยสามส่วนสำคัญ: 1) การจัดหาและติดตั้งเครื่องสแกนใบหน้านักเรียนจำนวน 6 เครื่อง ซึ่งต้องมีคุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคสูง เช่น หน้าจอสัมผัส กล้องคู่ ความแม่นยำในการจดจำใบหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า 99.5% ประมวลผลได้ภายใน 0.2 วินาที รองรับการเชื่อมต่อ Fiber Optic โดยตรง และมีระบบสำรองไฟ 2) การจัดหาและติดตั้งระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารจัดการดูแลนักเรียน 1 ชุด ที่ครอบคลุมระบบงานมากถึง 25 ระบบ ตั้งแต่ระบบทะเบียนนักเรียน ระบบลงเวลา ระบบกิจการนักเรียน ระบบวิชาการ การบ้าน ข้อสอบ AI การประเมินผล ไปจนถึงระบบประชาสัมพันธ์และระบบงานบุคลากร ซึ่งทั้งหมดต้องรองรับการทำงานผ่าน Web Browser และ Line Application 3) การจัดทำบัตรนักเรียนระบบ RFID สำหรับใช้ประโยชน์ภายในโรงเรียน เช่น ยืมหนังสือห้องสมุด ชำระเงิน และยืนยันตัวตน
ผลลัพธ์ที่คาดหวังคือระบบที่สามารถบันทึกเวลาเข้า-ออกนักเรียนได้แม่นยำและทันที ส่งการแจ้งเตือนไปยังผู้ปกครองผ่านแอปพลิเคชันแบบเรียลไทม์ ประมวลผลสถิติการมาเรียน ขาด ลา สาย ออกเป็นรายงานต่างๆ ได้ทันที และบูรณาการข้อมูลเพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงานของครูและผู้บริหารในทุกด้าน พร้อมด้วยการอบรมการใช้งานให้กับครู บุคลากร ผู้ปกครอง และนักเรียน
This project by Sri Ayutthaya School Under the Royal Patronage aims to modernize student management and attendance tracking through digital technology. The primary goal is to replace outdated manual systems with an efficient, accurate, and transparent digital ecosystem.
The core scope of work includes three major components: 1) Supply and installation of 6 high-specification facial recognition scanners. These devices must feature a touchscreen, dual-lens camera, facial recognition accuracy of at least 99.5%, processing speed under 0.2 seconds, direct Fiber Optic connectivity, and a backup power system. 2) Supply and installation of a comprehensive, integrated Student Management Information System (MIS). This system encompasses 25 distinct modules covering student registration, real-time attendance tracking, student affairs, academics, homework assignment, AI-based exam grading, various assessment systems, publicity, and staff management. All modules must be accessible via Web Browser and Line Application. 3) Provision of RFID student cards for multi-purpose use within the school, such as library book loans, cashless payments in the canteen, and identity verification.
The expected deliverables are a fully operational system that provides accurate, real-time student check-in/out logging, instant parent notifications via a mobile app, automated generation of various attendance and behavioral reports, and a unified platform to support all administrative and academic tasks for teachers and staff. The project also includes user training for teachers, staff, parents, and students.
