รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้เป็นงานจ้างปรับปรุงระบบเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ ณ โรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครศรีธรรมราช โดยใช้งบประมาณเงินนอกงบประมาณ (เงินบำรุง) ปี 2569 วงเงิน 2,000,000 บาท (ราคากลาง 1,999,830 บาท) มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสนับสนุนบริการสารสนเทศของโรงพยาบาลและให้บริการระบบเครือข่ายไร้สายที่ครอบคลุมพื้นที่การปฏิบัติงาน
ขอบเขตของงานครอบคลุมการจัดหา อุปกรณ์เครือข่ายใหม่ทั้งหมดตามข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิคที่ระบุไว้อย่างละเอียด ซึ่งรวมถึง อุปกรณ์กระจายสัญญาณ (Core Switch) ขนาด 24 ช่อง SFP+ จำนวน 1 ชุด, อุปกรณ์กระจายสัญญาณแบบ PoE ขนาด 24 ช่อง จำนวน 7 ชุด, อุปกรณ์กระจายสัญญาณไร้สาย (Access Point) มาตรฐาน Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) จำนวน 35 ชุด, ตู้เก็บอุปกรณ์เครือข่าย (19" Wall Rack) ขนาด 42U จำนวน 1 ชุด และขนาด 9U จำนวน 7 ชุด, เครื่องสำรองไฟ (UPS) ขนาด 1kVA จำนวน 5 ชุด และขนาด 3kVA จำนวน 1 ชุด รวมถึงสายใยแก้วนำแสงและกล่องพักสายสำหรับการเชื่อมโยงเครือข่าย
นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องทำการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดในตำแหน่งที่กำหนด ดำเนินการกำหนดค่า (Configuration) ให้ทำงานร่วมกับระบบเครือข่ายเดิมได้อย่างสมบูรณ์ และดำเนินการติดตั้งเดินสายสัญญาณใยแก้วนำแสงเชื่อมต่อระหว่างอาคารต่างๆ ภายในโรงพยาบาล จำนวน 8 เส้นทาง โครงการมีกำหนดส่งมอบงานภายใน 90 วัน นับจากวันลงนามสัญญา และต้องรับประกันคุณภาพงานรวมอุปกรณ์เป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี
This project is for the improvement of the computer network system at Maharat Nakhon Si Thammarat Hospital, using the hospital’s extra-budgetary funds for fiscal year 2023 with a budget of 2,000,000 THB (reference price: 1,999,830 THB). The main objectives are to support the hospital’s information services and to provide comprehensive wireless network coverage in operational areas.
The scope of work includes the procurement and installation of all new networking equipment as per detailed technical specifications. This includes: 1 unit of 24-port SFP+ Core Switch, 7 units of 24-port PoE Switches, 35 units of Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) Access Points, 1 unit of 42U and 7 units of 9U 19" Wall Mount Racks, 5 units of 1kVA UPS and 1 unit of 3kVA UPS, as well as fiber optic cables and enclosures for network interconnection.
Furthermore, the contractor must install all equipment at designated locations, configure them to work seamlessly with the existing hospital network, and install fiber optic cables to connect various buildings within the hospital across 8 designated routes. The project must be completed within 90 days from the contract signing date, with a comprehensive warranty on workmanship and equipment for at least 1 year.
