สำนักงานส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล (depa) เปิดประมูลจ้างผู้ดำเนินงานโครงการเพื่อสร้างความตระหนักรู้และส่งเสริมการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีคลาวด์ (Cloud Computing) และบริการซอฟต์แวร์ผ่านอินเทอร์เน็ตบนระบบคลาวด์ (Software as a Service: SaaS) สำหรับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อสนับสนุนการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่รัฐบาลดิจิทัลและการยกระดับบริการประชาชนให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุม 4 กิจกรรมหลัก ได้แก่ 1) การจัดทำแผนดำเนินงาน (Action Plan) พร้อมแนวคิดการสื่อสารหลัก (Key Message) และภาพลักษณ์โครงการ (Key Visual) 2) การผลิตและเผยแพร่สื่อประชาสัมพันธ์หลากหลายรูปแบบ เช่น วิดีโอความยาวไม่น้อยกว่า 3 นาที ของที่ระลึก แคตตาล็อก และสื่อโครงสร้างนิทรรศการ 3) การจัดกิจกรรม Roadshow แบบออฟไลน์ภายใต้แนวคิด Cloud Transformation อย่างน้อย 4 ครั้ง ในภูมิภาคต่างๆ โดยแต่ละครั้งรองรับผู้เข้าร่วมไม่น้อยกว่า 50 คน และ 4) การจัดกิจกรรม Grand Pitching เพื่อส่งเสริมการนำเสนอแนวคิดและตัวอย่างการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยี
กลุ่มเป้าหมายหลัก ได้แก่ หน่วยงานภาครัฐ ผู้ประกอบการในอุตสาหกรรมดิจิทัล และประชาชนทั่วไป โครงการนี้มีงบประมาณ 5,000,000 บาท และผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 240 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา
The Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa) is procuring an operator for a project to raise awareness and promote the application of cloud computing technology and Software as a Service (SaaS) for government agencies. The project aims to support the digital government transformation and enhance public service efficiency.
The scope of work includes four main activities: 1) Developing an Action Plan with Key Messages and Key Visuals; 2) Producing and disseminating various promotional media, such as a video (minimum 3 minutes), souvenirs, catalogs, and exhibition structures; 3) Organizing at least 4 offline Roadshow events under the “Cloud Transformation” concept in different regions, each accommodating at least 50 participants; and 4) Organizing a Grand Pitching event to promote idea presentation and application examples.
The primary target groups are government agencies, digital industry entrepreneurs, and the general public. The project has a budget of 5,000,000 THB, and the contractor must complete the work within 240 days from the contract signing date.
